Hello, good afternoon....have you been able to sort this out?

Having same issue for about a week now. Error uploading document

I am also going for a conference. Submitted online via evisa website but was rejected for invalid bank statement. Downloaded the bank statement from GTB mobile. It’s signed and stamped for each page.

Please what are the documentation that you submitted. Why were they rejected and what did you do better.
