Not possible, cuz you cant just generate payment receipt just like that. the banks dont control it.

Its available already, that's one of the functions of remita.. i paid my fees online without stepping into the banking hall.

That's a big fat lie.. the common man has never bought kero at the subsidized rate, in Warri the cheapest I have bought is N120 a litre before switching to gas. so to me its a welcome development.
