Family at home ......told him he had a distant relative in Winnipeg that will take care of him .... and he followed their advice. The cousin promised to help guide him .... what does that mean? He took it to mean take care of him .... expected him to pick him up from the airport .... disappointed when he didn't... was that promised?... or anything else?... except to help guide him? When people living abroad try to tell those at home the bitter truth about how things work abroad .... they shout down the person and accuse them of discouragement. Not sure what NOUN is but from what I know if your degree is thought in English then you are good to go.

Yes you need a English certificate unless you have a degree etc and Yes you spouse can apply for you from the UK. I applied from here for my spouse.

He received all the papers and subsequently exported the car to US, where he is based. The US Customs ran the VIN upon arrival at the port and discovered it was reported stolen. Kachukwu's defense Lawyer is also suing UK Customs that allowed a stolen car to be exported. Their case is, the UK Customs failed to do it's job or verify the car was reported stolen.
