biltem: How on earth will someone work for 7yrs and will not be paid something as final entitlement. Are u sure he is telling the truth. Or was he disengaged by termination or dismissal. If not, he ought to be paid something. Be as it may, he can request that his net benefit if negative should be converted to commercial loan for him. By that, the bank can entire into a new loan agreement with him while he will be paying from his salary from his new employer. Ministry is even better than bank job now. They pay moderately and provide other opportunities and time for other things. U also enjoy yourself and family with rest of mind. Congrat. My brother, bankers are really endangered species. you will never know until you're in, or have close friends that are in it. most banks will not pay you anything when you resign, no matter how many years you have worked. I keep telling young ones who have newly gotten bank jobs not to feel they have arrived. its not a place to relax. plan your exit once you collect your appointment letter. Also try and save for the rainy day so your employer can never hold you to Ransome. As for the op, you need to work out a scheduled payment plan with your old employers, and follow it religiously. its always good to leave on a good note. Best of luck. |
when Ur serious u will upload pics. |
I love c class but I was advised to avoid anything kompressor. what do u think? |
Wsdm: It is their time let them enjoy.chai sorry o. u sound bitter. okay lemme tell you something now. one can excel in any area of life, school or not, and still be very well recognised. academics or academic pursuit is just one aspect of endeavour in life. so I suggest you find something you like and do it so well that the Dangotes and Adenugas of this world will move mountains to attend. Academics is also good but if you check well, you will notice that most PROFESSORS and other academicians do not even seek such glamorous celebrations. You might also find that PSquare puts in more work and sleepless nights into their music than many so-called PhD holders out there. so its life and choice my friend, and I don't begrudge anyone his happiness. |

one.east3:your entire existence is a mistake. if you could show your worthless self, I would have you flogged by my corporals for your senseless comments. your father must have been a vegetable to be so absent in bringing you up. never give a hobo a phone with internet connection. such write-ups is what you get. Crime happens everywhere , more so during the "ember" months. so coming here to talk thrash in unacceptable. Enugu remains safe, a city with one of the most vibrant night life in Nigeria. RIP to the dead and may the culprits be found. |
does it have any issues? |

I live in Enugu. I understand the lady is a bit sick, and he is detaining her in her best interest, and in the interest of the family name. No one wants to see a first lady displaying on the streets in the name of "human rights and feeedom". On the other hand I may be wrong, since I'm not in government house. All I can say is that Falana should have taken the matter straight to court to "secure her release". Going to the press first makes one wonder what he really wants to achieve and shows him to be insensitive, immature and mischievous, since he knows how sensitive the issue is. In igboland, marriage is taken seriously and matters concerning marriage problems are handled as such, and not taken to the circus. |
What about the unawarded penalty on Musa? Or even the goal awarded to them? Did they score any clear goal? Someone tell these people to wake up. Nigeria did not go to Ethiopia for jokes. |
nickz:Abi ooo. Like FG and ASUU. |
Now I strongly feel Sir Alex Ferguson had external support throughout his career. This team has now been left to the elements and they are so down to their elements. Sorry for Manchester United. |
Kindly send pics to hugafella@gmail.com . Thanks and what's your last price? |

Davo93: What do you mean by saying the Indians? Betterstill, why don't you say DANA airline. Indians have one of the best aeronautical engineering in the world and their enginners are almost everywhere in our aviation sector with our own people that were trained over there in India.Indians are mean creatures. Even the Chinese are fairer. |
Gbawe.:All of you accusing GEJ for Nigeria's problems are either very daft, blinded by hatred, not in touch with reality, or simply unteachable. There is something known as a "system" my numb skull friends, there is also something known as "institutions". These two help a country run efficiently. Unfortunately Nigeria has none of them. Well, at best, both in very bad shape. It is systems and institutions that are to blame and not GEJ, because Nigeria has managed to lose both along the line, AND DEFINITELY NOT SINCE 2011. If you blame GEJ, then also blame your dad, mum, uncles that give bribes for your admission, lecturers that collect cash for grades, the politicians that put GEJ there to maintain their grip on power, also the army and the police. Blame the past presidents that could not set up a proper identity system for Nigerians to easily fish out Terrorists in the north. Also blame GEJ for the low literacy rate and cut-off marks in the north. Blame GEJ for plane crashes, yahoo boys and even fuel subsidy scam. Even that banana peel that made you slip and fall. Truth is, every one with common sense knows that except for a revolution, most Nigerians have settled for a dog-eat-dog life of struggling for everything, cheating one another, and having little faith in the system to guarantee their security, dignity and well-being. Not even the educational institutions work. Health, Zero. GEJ's fault abi? Even the youth on this forum have lent a hand to the decadence of our system by daily abusing the office and person of the president of Nigeria; abusing other tribes, religions and ethnicities. We are mostly products of this same system. Who trained all the e-warriors that spew rubbish here? GEJ? |
ritababe: I love her so much, she is my role modern.Chai! Genevieve is ur ROLE MODERN right? Then Pete Edochie must be your ROLE ANCIENT right? |
ZENITH ALL THE WAY ! That's a No brainer. No contest in that area. Just leave it for them. |

Why are you selling? And what's your price? |
hugafella: Lol...ur so wrapped up in your own cocoon. Boy, there are many yoruba beggars and destitutes all across iboland. Meanwhile, why did Fashola single out ibos? Even with all the millions of hausa beggars all over Lagos. It must be a "Muslim brotherhood" affair. |
phemson odukoya: fashola did not shift any blame to any body, he is just telling that man peter obi that refused to develop anambra state and rehabilitate the igbo citizens dat trigger the citizen to scarter in lagos he is telling to act as a man if he think d moving of some homeless igbo from lagos pains him.Bush man. Stop reasoning with ur ass. So in your little brain, everybody should stay in his state abi? Ur so so daft. Nigeria is a nation and as long as you say it must be "one Nigeria", every Nigerian can stay anywhere he wishes. |
Kei144: I personally would like something serious enough to dissuade Igbos and other Nigerians from senseless immigration. A person is not sure what s/he is going to do in a foreign land, yet s/he immigrates to the place only to face untold hardship. The result is always that the person puts his/her hands into shameful activities that put their native lands to shame.Lol...ur so wrapped up in your own cocoon. Boy, there are many yoruba beggars and destitutes all across iboland. Meanwhile, why did Fashola single out ibos? Even with all the millions of hausa beggars all over Lagos. It must be a "Muslim brotherhood" affair. Its clear that the yorubas on this forum never learn from history. Fashola's action is inexcusable because as a SAN, he should know that the constitution guarantees every Nigerian citizen the right lo live anywhere they choose. In other words, I am a Nigerian first before I am hausa, or ibo or yoruba. The comments on this forum especially by the yorubas are very disturbing, because it shows the depth of their understanding of the concept of nationhood. You were the ones who refused the ibos to go their own way. But still you and your hausa fulani brothers hate on them, bomb them, deport them and launch abuses at them in this same fake Nigeria. For the avoidance of doubt, Let me make it clear that Nigeria can never develop or even record any appreciable progress with such myopic and divisive mindset. We must change the way we see ourselves and one another. Our people are our greatest resources. I do hope that Justice will one day prevail in this "dream" nation, Nigeria. |
dayokanu: Whats new here? Blame everyone else for your woes as usualWoes? You problem is that you either lack the will or capacity to comprehend simple English. Did you even read my post? How many ibos have you ever seen begging? They have pride and dignity and would never beg or complain. They have moved on since after the war and made such achievements locally and internationally that can only be envied, all without the help of anyone but God. Hate it or love it, the ibos always leave an indelible mark of progress everywhere they go. Unfortunately, instead of appreciation, they get hatred from these particular set of people . Tufiakwa! |

Some people still feel the ibos should have kept quiet and allowed the hausas to continue killing. I know that's what they would do, but the ibos are different, and that difference should be respected. The war on this forum always seems to be between the yorubas and the ibos, and it beats my understanding, since the ibos have never seen the yorubas as enemies but traitors. In this context, a traitor is someone that feels (and acts as if) you should not aspire to self determination if they cannot do same, ostensibly because they are comfortable with their present state of affairs. These same people have polluted this thread and refused to dwell on the main question in the write up, which is "if 2 million people died for the 'unity' of Nigeria, why are we still faced with injustice and impunity?" As the youth of Nigeria, a real measure of your maturity should be your ability to hold positive discussions with a view to finding solutions to REAL ISSUES, and not to tribal mud slinging. |
Is Ramsey Nouah really a Nigerian? Heard he is Israeli. Any ideas? Or una just dey claim am? |
