ATMC: what's ur take on this saying 'there's a particular person for each of us' especially when it comes to marriage. Is there sincerely? For me I don't believe its sincere, considering death and circumstances we sometimes nomatter how hard we try we cannot just dodge. God has a perfect plan for all of us. |
So don't translate it? Oxford means "The Shallow Stream across a road, of the Oxen" but you don't translate it either.
I don't know what that name has got anything to do with Zimbabwe, the name is Southern Sotho my language which means it was named by the Sotho's that lives in Zambia. Musi is smoke right? Wa- is of Thunya- the sound that's made by a gun, when its being fired. So I think it merely means the smoking waterfall because of its nature. |
I once read a purported fact years ago that says everybody yu see in ur dream are pple you musta seen b4 in your life...like your brain can't just create random images in your dreams.....duno how true it is but it kinda makes sense to me
weird |
Phder: To you, it's ok.To a woman who has had a child, to someone who understands what it is like to be forced into bed with someone, the bitterness, hatred and betrayal and the pains of labour, to someone who knows what it means to be a slave. Sadly we all have experienced such brutality, one way or the other so there is no use trying to act all holier than though. |
Phumi TJ: you have to understand the brutality of slavery to know why she did it. Imagine being worked for hours under the blazing sun wearing just scrapes of clothing, your mouth being padlocked during those times and being fed once daily. Try to escape and you are subjected to severe beatings, female black slaves could be raped at will and nothing would happen. They end up with eligitimate half cast children whom the white father abandons. The guy needs to READ simple! |
Phder: Slow down, and read my response again. NOTHING justifies murder/euthanasia. Everybody deserves a fair chance, and she is not in anyway to decide who lives/die. She just happen to be a channel through which those kids were born.Nothing in your post makes sense. |
