As already popularly suggested, take her to psychiatric hospital. Could have been due to many things; schizophrenia, tendencies, and the likes. But please rule out spiritual stuffs for now. Standard hospital please.

In as much as talking to oneself isn't something to be worried about cos I do too, Too much of it is something you should be worried about... The underlying causes could be depression or bipolar issue

Did you notice any new changes in her habit, I.e taking substances

How old is she?

She doesn't take anything. She's 16. She is very reserved and quiet before this...

I've seen heartbreak make some ladies lose it.

First take her to a tertiary level hospital to be examined by a doctor, she'd be referred to a psychologist or a psychiatrist depending on her symptoms.

My Sister started behaving weirdly last few Weeks. She laughs alone, talks alone and is sometimes restless especially at Night.

Though she always responds well and correctly when engaged. I've asked her and she told me she doesn't know when that happens and it's unintentional.

I, on my part have tried talking to my Dad to take her to a Mental Health Expert, my Dad seems to believe it is spiritual attack instead.
Please, I need Medical practitioners in the house to help tell me what she's probably suffering from so I can Confidently convince my Dad.
