If you people take her to Psychiatric hospital they will place her on drugs , if she stops taking the drugs whatever is happening to her will return in multiple. If she talks back at your dad or even fight him don’t be astonished is the long effects of the drugs. The drugs trying to keep them calm makes them more bold in actions. For some the drugs increases their appetite for food leading to adding of flesh so much, for others could be their tongue getting longer all are side effects of the drugs given to such patients to calm her down. I am writing you from experience of what my little sister passed through. She’s now in South Africa and there’s no drug she’s on . Is counseling that brought her back to normal.

I'm not a doctor. So it will be good you see one preferably a neurologist. But I'm familiar with most neurological problems as most of my family members have suffered from it.
1. How was she born? Is it through CS or normal delivery.

2. Has she ever had any kind of seizure like fainting, epilepsy (or related illness), convulsion, etc.

Having this answers will help and I might be able to suggest what you will need to do. If your family is covered in any health schemes such as NHIS, cost shouldn't be a problem.

On another hand if she is an introvert her behaviour might just be normal since you said she talks(responds) well.

How old is she? Is she in her teenage years and less or around 22years old? If yes, it could be signs of early psychosis such as paranoid schizophrenia. She need to see a consultant psychologist who’ll review her and run a mental health assessments on her and the diagnosis will determine if she’ll be placed on antipsychotics or CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) medication to manage her symptoms.

There’s nothing like spiritual attack here. Mental health is an absolute medical condition and only a medical intervention will help.

She is 16. Dad enrolled her in a Private School of Health Tech to save her from stress cuz of her condition. She currently doesn't have friends cuz of her condition. She doesn't socialize. Care to expatiate the bolded?

Heard of Schizophrenia? Please do some extensive reading on it and take advantage of help from mental health experts. A blood relative, top of his class, med student, developed the traits and sadly had to stop med school. God help your sis.

Your sister may be experiencing what is referred to as a "spontaneously induced psychosis" without the presence of any external factor such as drugs. The symptoms you explained are consistent with people who experience such mental breaks and she if she is a minor, it is important you get her to a medical facility that treats mental health issues as quick as possible for observation.

People who normally experience this break are not aware of what is going on are very vulnerable and may fall in and out of coherence. She should be observed and examined for a reasonable period of time before introducing any drugs into her system.

Yes, she did. She never wanted to attend Day school. Our dad force her and since then, all these started. Could it be the cause and what should we do?
