I was browsing yesterday with the last megabytes of my data. I hoped that once my bundle was exhausted (not expired), I would be able to rely on Airtel's 24 GB of free Youtube data which had accumulated over a few months. To my surprise, this did not happen. I could see whenever I keyed the prompt that I had almost 30 GB of free data to browse Youtube videos, yet both the website and app did not respond to any input I made.

Has anybody called Customer Care to find out why this is the case?
