chuks404: Abeg who noticed ola aina today. Seriously that guy is good. He virtually rendered politano later lozano useless in fact Napoli made three good changes from that wing. That is class performance from him Its obvious our coach still don't understand our players. Defensively and attack wise he was good Aina tried same with the guy in the other wing...Signa but he misplaces some passes at first half and so good offensively than he is defensively He was not the only player that marked Politano |

I am not sure he will even be the taker if insigne isn’t on the field ,and besides insigne use to score PK even if he missed today Oga how many Napoli match have u watched recently I have not missed any of their match recently so when we say Insigne PKs have been poor this season nobody is trying to disrepute his quality or trying to favour Oshimen... it is what it is...his pks so far have been poor needs to improve on it or else better the responsibility given to someone else |

PROVERBZ: we are not exporting enough defenders abroad. How do u expect us to export over age defenders abroad.... do u know that kids study football in academics right from young age they're tutored to be good footballers not easy for Africa players to meet up with this kids except those born abroad and grew in the system We simply have the system and facilities to groom this players to compete wit their foreign counterparts the best we can do is to take our under 17 seriously that will provide an early opportunity for them to move to europe or scout our foreign born players;absolve them in and build a formidable team with them |

I was hoping he would gift it to Victor.
From Venezia to Fiorentina and even to Cagliari (keeper got his hand to it) and now to Torino. He just doesn't seem to know how to hit them in (and when he does, it's not convincing).
But he remains a Top top player no doubt. A World Class performer.... who just needs to work on his pen takes You're right bro He doesnt play with the team sometimes |

I did not hide my mouth when I talked. It is funny when white players from a particular team under the same coaches become tactical whizzes. With respect to Guardiola, Enrique and recently, Sergi. But the Nigerian man among them, you believe cannot have the mental capacity to be as good as them.
I disagree. Nigerians in all areas of life from Medicine, Scientific research, to computer and civil engineering, have shown high mental capabilities.
I repeat it clearly and will bold it.

andrewbaba44: The way you judge football is funny
Many ekuke epl teams have beaten big teams in the epl and it’s normal to you but when it happens at other league then the quality of football there is poor
A Very poor west brom side beat Chelsea 5-2 last season don’t be quick to forget ,a very poor watford side beat Liverpool 3-0 who was unbeaten then
Verona has always been giving ac Milan problems and they are even far better than these 2 epl teams I used as an example Don't mind him As poor Juventus they still beat Chelsea the last time... same Napoli schooled Leicester in England few weeks ago Let this poor teams handle epl teams first then you'll know the Italian league is not as poor as many people think Those tired skillfull legs in the league are not jokers |

Penguin2: You are a reasonable man.
It’s same calculation that I hold.
The negative sentiments against the Igbo is still high in the north. No thanks to Buhari and his men’s utterances since they came to power.
But with Atiku presidency, and an Igbo man as his vice ( Obi preferably), then the negative rhetorics will be reduced and the anti Igbo sentiment brought to its barest minimum and by so doing water the ground for Obi’s election in 2031.
If Igbos lose this opportunity, a Yoruba man will become president in 2023 and will be succeeded by an a Northerner in 2031. Who knows if by 2039, somebody from South south will be enthroned.
Igbos must use their number six. Exactly bro I really fear for SE they're way behind when it comes to political thinking. The arrogance they display now is not necessary just be smart and lobby for the VP slot and watch how things pangs out... SS/SE states are PDP threshold Atiku only needs like 10 northern states to hold on to power which i believe he can get |

kcnwaigbo: Neither will the northerners vote for a SWner.Thats why Awolowo lost the three presidential elections he contested for.Tinubu will soon follow in his great footsteps It depends the politicians from SW are more smart and crafty than SE politicians.... Obj ruled for 8 years and MKO won in 1993 so bro...the only way for south east presidency is by first becoming a VP as it is now otherwise SW will have it |
Politics › Re: Tambuwal: No One Has Monopoly Of Leading Nigeria by humility33(m): 8:15pm On Oct 16, 2021 |
Penguin2: We know!
That’s why we are not buying into Southwest’s fake southern unity.
Instead Yoruba will go for Presidency twice without Igbo going once, then let a Fulani man continue. Exactly I am voting Atiku/Obi I sure know the government will do better than APC in hundred folds and after 8 years Christ tarries.... Peter Obi can now go for presidency afterwards by then he must have gotten the support and trust from the core north Lets forget the many talk....the core north needs at least cooperation from at least two from the listed regions (North Central, South South, South west and south east) to clinch the presidency |
Politics › Re: Tambuwal: No One Has Monopoly Of Leading Nigeria by humility33(m): 7:41pm On Oct 16, 2021 |
Pottmop: Tambuwaln8s right I really feel for SE falling for this southern presidency scam..the SW will use it to outsmart them again come 2023 Because northerners will hardly vote and hand over power to a south easterner.... even if he contest they will prefer a south westerner to an SE aspirant best route to presidency is to project atiku/obi after 8 years the Ibos can now vie for presidency by then they must have gotten the trust of the northerners and as well get their supports |
Politics › Re: Tambuwal: No One Has Monopoly Of Leading Nigeria by humility33(m): 7:38pm On Oct 16, 2021 |
Penguin2: First it was Archbishop Adewale Martins...
And now Tambuwal has joined the rhetorics.
Fulani and Yoruba should not think they have monopoly of ruling Nigeria.
Every region( Southeast) should be made to feel a sense of belonging.
Until then, Nigeria shall have no peace. The best route for peter obi to get presidency is by first been a VP... northerners will not allow an Ibo man at this time SOuth west are smart in this regard they knows... fielding Peter obi will give Osibanjo or any South Westerner an easy ride due to northern sentiments and prejudices against ibos Best route for peter obi to presidency or SE presidency is by first serving as a VP with someone like atiku |

TheSuperNerd: Read the post you quoted again but slowly this time. The bolded (outscoring opponents) was in reference to Siasia's style, especially his Nigerian teams.
And what were you expecting Amunike's Tanzania to achieve at the Afcon in a group that had African Heavyweights in Senegal and Algeria? Did you actually watch them play or you just checked the final scoreline?
So you didn't see the efforts to play on the front foot made by Amunike's Tanzanian teams at Afcon 2019. If they had averagely good Midfielders, they would have done more. Amunike used those inferior talents and still was able to create 3 big chances against Algeria that were squandered. They lost that game 3-0 but what would have been had they taken their chances?
Tanzania didn't have half enough of the talents Amunike needed to make even better impact yet he was able to get them to the Afcon proper after 39 years. Why couldn't any other coach do that for Tanzanian football before him since 1980??
So please, before you criticise Amunike's stint with Tanzania, take the time to actually observe his tactical plays while with them. Rohr with that Tanzanian team could have done far worse and not achieved near half of what Amunike achieved with them. And that is fact from a technical/tactical POV. I know it was in reference to Siasia Amuneke is guilty of it too While managing Tanzania in last afcon he wasn't too good in managing a lead think not against Senegal or algeria....the other minor team they played |

TheSuperNerd: Ejuke is no bonafide #10. He can slot into the role sometimes in a makeshift role and even as an SS but he is not the player I want executing that role.
He is much better served from the wings especially the LW.
I believe some folks are just drawn to how much nostalgia his dribbling gives them which screams Okocha. Exactly If he gets to play with Iwobi both inter change sometimes depending on who is with the ball But he needs to learn how and when to release the ball |
