Please, I’ve been having this ‘pimple’ like growth on the base of my genital for months now. It's really making me uncomfortable with the way it looks, and just recently a third one popped up.

Visited the hospital, and the doctor examined it. He said, its a result of repeated use of old Shaving stick and that the bumps had been infected.
He prescribed an antibiotics of Amoksiclav for use, one week.

But, the bumps are still there, it doesn't itch and cause any discomfort.
The appearance is really concerning, I dont want to pop it with a needle.

So, I need your help with how to get rid of it, thanks a lot!

The itching not responding means that the drug was not sensitive or you had a re infection
You will need the permethrin cream as I said earlier
You will wash and iron all your clothing
Sundry your bed and every area you use frequently
It's not staph that is causing that itchy swelling

I think it's from a friend who was itching, he stayed with me off camp. From school hostel. Since then I started itching.

My Oga, with your description, what you have is scabies, follow the management plan of scabies that I've written up there sir, the itching will stop and it will go, but please make sure you wash all your clothes, everything, your bedshit, towel, boxers, singlet. Any clothing material you have(except for you curtain), please wash them. And lastly, try and spread you bed under the sun for at least 6 hours. Just give it time, it will go!!!

No. My skin is not peeling off. During the daytime, whenever I scratch my penis it itches me. But At night, it has a mind of its own.

You can still be itching for weeks after scabies treatment. Doesn't mean the treatment failed. You should have waited or repeat the treatment after 2 weeks.
I don't think you have any business with staph aureus. Probably contaminated the urine when you were collecting the sample. Did you show the 'eczema' at the hospital?

I'm also surprised the urine sample showed positive for this.

What could be the problem, it only itches me, and then the appearance of bumps which is where the itching is more intense. What are symptoms of staph?

Bet you after the drugs it may still not resolve because the bumps and itching there maybe a viral kind of infection,Herpes or even simply from a skin infection caused by using your boxers or underwears for long or under a moist environment(in this case it may accidentally resolve from the concoction of medications you got,not that the so called pharmacist was correct about you having staph).
Ask yourself this:if staph showed from the urine test,which indicates it must have passed through your blood and kidney then shows in the urine,why is it only your joystick that is affected and not your entire skin or other manifestations in your body?

Clorpheniramine --11-11
Prednisolone --11-11

Apply ketaconasone cream 3 time daily.
