Two things that doesn’t always end well:
1) Training a woman through school 2) fixing another person’s house
The agreement stated it does not permit modifications to its property unless with permission. But, You can still ask for half refund for the cost of repairs.
I'm really sorry that you are going through this. Its now a trend among Property owners in Nigeria, to watch you renovate the apartment to taste, only to get kicked out or rent upsurge |

Greattha: You know the interesting thing? After his 8 years of talking rubbish, he would relcate to that same UK with his family to go spend the little he has gathered like all his predecessors...then they too would start earning same £2600...
You'll never see them choose to remain in Nigeria after their disastrous government. That’s the average Nigerian politician’s dream, after finishing his career as a politician. They leave the so-called Nigeria they built and run to the white’s man society and become an average citizen |

Everyone knows that most of the herders don't own the cattle. They rear them for some rich people. How do they get an assault riffle |

ultraviolet27: In as much as I detest apc and our other crops of politicians policy of impoverishing the masses and the economic decline through inflation still I can tell the government has no hand in this because a country with a greedy people will exist even if their economy is booming even during president jonathan, and yar adua's tenure there was ponzi scheme which few of my friends fell for was the economy not better then?mmm crashed in mid 2016 buhari stringent measures of encumbering masses with hardship hadn't really taken root then self.
Even white people also fall for ponzi scheme read on opera mini news early this year where a Russian fraudster(ponzi operator)and his wife were murdered in a cave in Dubai they were on vacation and sight seeing can't really recall if they were murdered in the cave or their corpses were thrown in it only they were found there after searching for them for almost a week with their corpses decomposed because of Dubai immense heat and high humidity they had really scammed Americans, Russians,British and other many European people of their hard earned money and were ballers, kept creating different Ponzi schemes after another, were on the run as the Russian government even had a bounty on them it was like they sought refuge in Ukraine or Georgia I can't remember precisely now, owned yachts and fast luxurious cars from the fraud!!
If it's because of economic woes then Nigerians shouldn't even be investing in ponzi scheme since improverished people won't even have that kind of money to begin with is it people who live from pay check to pay check that will have 2.5 million to put in a ponzi scheme?so you see Nigerian are just greedy, not content with what they have and loves fast and easy money it's even the well to do that get scammed by the scheme! You’re right, I appreciate the fact that you pointed out |

I can relate to what you’re saying, because I am in the same shoes.
Try to stop soapy and porn before you become an addict. That’s the reason why you keep having these urges everyday and feel empty. You keep feeding your brain with dopamine each time and it feels good for a quick seconds. Now, your brain is hooked on these quick fixes; as your money, time, youth, health etc suffers while you try to feed these addiction. At the end, you’d always feel empty until you stop!
Make a conscious effort to change, and the urges would come when you need them. Not only when you are alone. |

That means, if you stopped putting efforts communicating today, she’s never going to get back to you on either calls or texts?
You should try it out, if she doesn’t reach out to return the energy. You should move on!
Side notes:
Me personally, I don’t do calls or texts. I’m too lazy for it, drains my energy. But, I try to text back as much as I can, though I wouldn’t text you first. If we do see each other, the vibes are always there like it never left. Thats just about me. Maybe, she’s a little like me. I still try to change tho!✌🏼 |
