What does not kill you makes you STRONGER. I feel it is because they are yet to find a better replacement. Thus; Always be on your toes and be on Guard. That doesn't mean you should not Enjoy your Job. Besides, there will be a top notch boss you can stylishly find out true form of things concerning you error and someone who hears well from the management or might even be part of management. But if you still feel unsettled follow your mind and RESIGN. State the reason for your resignation . It is reverse psychology. Though its a last option. If they value you, they will reject your resignation. My little opinion though |
