etrouble:
I think the Airline that you booked can also tell you whether you will need transit Visa or not. One of our good guys here posted a UK government link where I read that some airports in Germany does not require Transit Visa.

Here is the link, please go through it. https://uk.diplo.de/uk-en/02/visa/airport-transit-visas/2442170
If you read further, Nigeria is exempted from "transit privileges" even in Germany

Don’t know about walk in but you’ll have several times to choose from, from 8.15am, everyday, because most people aren't booking those. So, compared to standard, there are more times. You can get an appointment the next day. Hope this helps.
Thanks for your response but the dates are just unavailable and resumption date has passed cry

My financial sponsor does not want to give me the original copy, he claims all i need is the photocopy

Dear VO,
I am currently at the NVC stage with our 2children. However, my US citizen husband’s income is lower than the poverty guideline for a family of 4, i have a real estate in Nigeria and a savings accout in the US opened on previous visits.
Can i support our AOS with these assests? Is the real estate acceptable as “an asset i can turn to cash within a year”? Also is my US bank statement of account acceptable.

Thanks in anticipation
FamilyRe: My Horrible Experience When Living With A Relative. by hushush(f): 9:50pm On Oct 24, 2015
I can never forget how my own eldest sister (same father, not same mother) introduced me to all her high society friends and sons' friends as 'the help'
I can relate with the poster. They become very nice when your parents are around and they call your name with a snarl. I thank God the story has changed now. They interviewed my sister recently and she refered to me as her 'baby sister, so and so, who works at so and so'. In fact the same friends she introduced me to as 'the help' are now chasing me with CVs for their children. I have sworn, God helping me, that my children will not step a foot in any relative's house even to spend as much as a weekend!
I sincerely pray that your own success story will better than this. That is the best revenge for them
CelebritiesMichelle Obama In Shorts Coming Down From Air Force 1! by hushush(op): 8:42am On Aug 25, 2009
First Lady Michelle Obama and daughter Malia step off Air Force One at Grand Canyon National Park Airport on Aug. 16
--Times online

There's been a big fuss this week because Michelle Obama wore shorts. She's worn shorts before — to walk the dog, do stuff around the White House. But the photos of her wearing them in that iconic descending-from-Air-Force-One-onto-the-tarmac setting proved too much for the media. Obamas? Check. Summer news doldrums? Check. Controversy? Close enough. It was a story.

And people reacted. The Today Show's poll on whether she should have shown that much thigh got one of the show's biggest responses ever, with 83% pro-shorts. Local papers found "experts" to discuss the implications of the shorts for the Obama White House, international papers analyzed what it said about American culture, the blogosphere took up every angle from what this said about the objectification of women to the taxonomy of the shorts: Hot pants? Cutoffs? Booty Shorts?
(See pictures of Michelle Obama's style evolution.)

Then, just as vehemently, there was a big fuss over the big fuss. Many people were given to observe that there were more important things to talk about. Several commentators pointed out that, in fact, the conflict was fake; nobody had come out, on the record, as being against the shorts.

For women, Michelle's shorts were long on significance. They give accomplished, glamorous people license to do what the power brokers at Vogue do, and that is to wear whatever the hell they like sometimes. So, ladies, get out your least flattering outfits — your terry shorts, your oversize T-shirt, those extra comfortable arch-supporting shoes — and wear them with pride. All the fashionable women are doing it.

See TIME's Pictures of the Week.

RomanceRe: Nothing by hushush(f): 12:08pm On Aug 24, 2009
i am sooo sure most of you casting the first stones at the poster are mostly unmarried so you wont really understand the delimma she's in right now. Just try & imagine the number of married men/women in her same shoes that would have been sleeping with the so called friend without thinking or asking for advise about it. The point that she's asking for advise shows she's got moral.
That you are married does not mean you have become emotionally dead to the opposite sex, you still get attracted occasionally. I do not support extra-marital affairs but then we all have some crosses we have got to bear from time to time.
@ Poster, just pray to God for help to & strenght to face your marriage

Sometimes these responses make me feel that Nigerian women feel like they have to act like they are brainless and utterly stupid to be a good wife. How the hell can a mother in law send someone packing. The husband cannot send anyone packing not to talk of mother in law
3rded!

maybe in a nollywood blockbuster not in this world. I treat my in-laws the way they want to be treated. Be nice to me, i'll be super-nice to you, show me a bit of nastiness, you are out of my house, bingo
