POE should be ATL then take a flight to Houston

Please get Doctors correspondence - have the doctor you intend using send you estimated bill and if possible pay some amount of money (ask the doctor if there's any chance of re-fundable fee in case you don't show). Print out the emails and hold it with you. At the POE tell the officer u are going to give birth and show him the email print out.
Please ensure you collect zero balance when discharged from the hospital. And please dont cut corners, don't benefit from what's meant for US citizens.

I submitted all the necessary requirements early November, I didn't make payment till I was sure she had gone through the documents I sent her. I made payment towards the end of the month but i kept calling and followed up with chats in between to be sure she was keeping track.
I hesitated because of the travel ban and I mentioned it to her that its because of the travel ban I was skeptical about going ahead with the process. I spoke with another staff to ask about their success rate and that 1 told me she submitted an application a month before and had already gotten favorable response from IRCC.
Obviously the person I submitted documents to didn't go through what I sent to her because I was surprised she was still asking me for some documents as at 1st week in December. What she was asking for was part of the documents I sent to her mail and I was furious. I called the company for someone else to look into it and their response was that it's only the person I made payment to that would handle my application (I called 2 other staff).
Well I eventually received no-reply mail that my application has been submitted on the 6th of December and then I requested for my login details so that I can follow up. Thank God I asked for my login details because the person handling my application fell ill and wasn't in the office and then the other staff i kept in touch with couldn't follow up.
I kept checking my mail day and night and their Instagram page that was when I saw 1 of my children's birth certificate I submitted on their page. It was when I mentioned it on Nairaland the Instagram post was deleted. They denied the post but I already had screenshot of it on their page. I went through their Instagram page thoroughly and discovered their pattern of deceit (the birth certificates they post are all scanned documents and not phone pictures). Let me explain this:
From their posts, the conversations is usually between a mother that used their service and a staff. So if the mother is sending them her child's birth certificate through chat it should be a phone camera picture but NO, their's is always scanned birth certificates.
Please at this point I want someone that has used their service to prove me wrong because I have drawn my conclusion about agencies, package your application by yourself but ask questions from platforms like this or people you know have traveled for such and has experience.
As it is, I have had my baby already (mid march) and I still check my email day and night. I am just hoping my visa will eventually come through (Sometimes there could be actual delays, It’s not unusual for applications to take time) and I would keep it to use later.

I don't trust Cradlehavven.
I sent them some documents to support my application and few weeks later I saw 1 of my children's birth certificate (i had him abroad) on their Instagram page like it was 1 of their successful client's child's birth certificate.
Also poor customer service.
