I dont think you understood what he meant. The league is cotrolled by a software algorithm which somehow monitors stakes. Once there is a large stake for a particular outcome, depending on how much winings will be realised for that outcome, it most-likely will be lost. The software is designed that way. I knw ppl still win but jst knw that its d miimum in other to prevent much larger wins frim happenin.
For example, Take Mancity v Cardiff city. u can stake 500k on man city to win @ 1.15 odds single. Meanwhile, another player staked on Cardiff to win in an acca to produce a winning of 56k for the same match day. Even if Mancity are clear favourites, they will most likely lose to cardiff to prevent that winning of 500k+ . At the end only a minimum winning of 56k is realised.
