Please is it okay to present 4 different account statements for visa application?

Reason is because sponsor’s employment salary are sent into 3 different accounts for automated spending and structure while the 4th account is savings account with sufficient balance. Travel budget will be withdrawn from the savings.

All origin of funds and proof are available.

Just wondering if providing 3-6 months statement for each account isn’t too much?

Please note these accounts belong to the sponsor.
Applicant doesn’t work because of studies.

Should we increase the days or budget especially with Covid quarantine of 10 days for non vaccinated people?

Is it true one has to quarantine for 10 days after entering the UK?
Do we have to add those days to the total number of days the person will spend in the UK?

Also, I think the expense/budget will go up because of the stay at the hotel for the first 10 days.

Please assist in accessing this situation for 2 applicants(siblings) for a visa.

Applicant 1 is a USA PR with a child, job and joint savings account (with the spouse) in the USA.
Applicant 1 will be applying for a UK visa from the U.S for a 10 days short trip. First time applying for a UK visa. Budget for the trip is 1,100 pounds. That is less than 2 weeks disposable income for applicant 1.

Applicant 2 is in Nigeria and a 22 years old final year student. Previously refused UK settlement visa to stay with MUM about 5-6 years ago.

Applicant 1 will be responsible for applicant 2’s flight ticket and feeding.
Applicant 2 intend staying within the Mum’s accommodation. Applicant 2 trip budget will be around 850 pounds for a 10 days trip to visit Mum.
A statement of account of applicant 1 in the U.S is likely to be provided as sponsor of applicant 2 if advised.

Applicant 2 have all relevant letters, results, receipt and ID card from school to prove continuous studies.
The studies are the only thing that show ties to Nigeria.

Application will be submitted at different country and time but total budget of the trip for both applicants is 1,950 pounds.
Joint savings account is okay.
That is still less than a month disposable income of the sponsor.

Please advise if this has a chance with the officer. A good cover letter will also be written to explain situations in detail.

Q1: Do your company have existing inventory database for your warehouse or do you want us to create new inventory database for your warehouse from scratch by taking stocks of goods coming and going from warehouse which will be Centra to all app involved?

Currently, we use a cloud service called Microsoft business central aka business dynamics. This is mainly where orders are input and processed. Where all the stock keeping unit(SKU) are managed from product purchase orders sent to product vendor to sales order to fulfill orders for customers.

That being said, I will like to keep that business central service separate from this new solution. The only thing that can link them together will be using web API on this new solution to access sales orders that need to be picked by the warehouse.

So yes, it may mean creating new identical inventory database that track goods in and out of the WAREHOUSE only.


Q2: Warehouse goods already have barcode or QR code printed on their containers, though, unique QR codes can also be generated as in-house id on each item, but question is, do all locations in your company warehouse already have barcode label you put on them or will I have to do labelling from scratch?

Yes products we receive from our supplier already have barcodes aka EAN on them.

As for shelf location, we will need to create the QR code from scratch. Print and apply on each shelf location as seen in the picture below.

-Customers send purchase order through emails for now(but maybe in the future, taking orders through web/Portal will be fantastic)
-An order processor employee manually input the order into our cloud service system.
-Order processor submit the order to the warehouse to pick items on the order.
-Warehouse employee pick and ship items.
-Customer get charged and gets shipment tracking.

New solution only need to know which orders that need to be picked. Business central can supply those information through an API or other ways possible.

Yes, Warehouse manager will need its own login interface and can delegate task as pleased.
At the same time, the solution can automatically assign a task to an employee who make a request for more work.

This solution already exist but companies usually build and customize them from scratch. Zebra android mobile computer makes it more interactive.

I think they use JAVA, XHTML and general object-oriented design and analysis.
Whatever works and not forgetting security.

-Employee select the order for processing

-Application tells the employee to go pick 3 boxes of item B from shelf location 62 Line 5

-Employee gets to the specified location, scan the location to verify the right location.

-Then scan the product to verify that the item is Item B.

-Employee picks 3 boxes

-Application asks the employee to verify the qty picked to ensure 3 boxes were picked.

-If correct then employee proceed to the next item but if not then employee get an alert that the qty picked doesn’t match.
