According to report reaching me, The management of Federal University of Agriculture, Markurdi (FUAM) has released the Merit admission list for 2017/2018 academic session.
Candidates who applied for undergraduate admission in the school are to proceed to check their admission status.

Eligible candidates should pay a non-refundable sum of #2000 ( Two thousand naira) only (excluding bank charges and admission status checking ) via the university portals
Steps on How to register

1 Visit uniuyo.edu.ng/eportals
2 Select admission forms link
3 Select Direct Entry as the admission form type
4 Enter your phone number and email address
5 Click on make payment now button to make payment
6 Payment can be made online ATM/INTERNET BANKING or at any branch of all the commercial banks using pre-payment slip through remita platform
7 After payment return to the online portal and click on register linkn to obtain your credentials to complete your registration
8 Printout the 2017/2018 screeening exercise schedule slip
NOTE

Candidates are required to come for the screening exercise with the following items:

The original and photocopies of candidate’s academic qualifications

One copy of the University of UYO 2017 online registration form duly completed with the passport size photograph on red background with the name, Direct entry Registration number and signature of the candidates on the reverse side of the photograph.

These should be packed in quarto-size envelope and labeled with name, Department and JAMB registration number

Closing date for registration is Thursday, November 9, 2017.

DURATION OF PROGRAMMES
The duration of the courses are four (4) and five (5) years, depending on entry qualifications.

FACULTY OF SOCIAL SCIENCES
Mass Communication

Eligible Candidates:
5 Year Programme
Five (5) credits passes in O’Level subjects including English Language, Mathematics and Literature in English and any other two (2) credit passes from any other discipline at not more than Two Sittings

4 Year Programme
Diploma Certificate in Mass Communication from University of Lagos or from other accredited University recognized by the Senate of the University of Lagos with a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.00 and above on a 5 point scale; and also fulfilled the requirements in (1) above

3 Year Programme
HND in Mass Communication from accredited Polytechnics and Monotechnics at credit pass with 2- year Post HND professional experience. The candidate must be registered member of relevant Regulatory Agencies and/or Professional Bodies such as APCON, NIPR, NUJ, etc.

The candidate must similarly satisfy the requirements in (1) above. That’s the Olevel requirements.
METHOD OF APPLICATION
Application forms are obtainable online via University of Lagos website URL. http://www.unilag.edu.ng.using ATM/Cash/Dedicated Teller obtainable on payment of a non-refundable fee of Fifteen Thousand Naira (N15, 000.00) only paid into any Bank within the campus using Treasury Single Account (TSA) via Remita Platform.
SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FORMS AND ENTRANCE EXAMINATIONS
Completed application forms should be submitted online and a hard copy of the completed forms should be submitted to the Programme Faculty.

Examinations for these programmes which will be in English Language and General Knowledge are as scheduled below:

Many have been asking me; How does the Unilag change of course form works, can I change my course now, how do I go about it? When will it be out? Which course can I change to? Will I be able to change back to my course of choice after admission?

When will change of course of form be out?

The change of course form should be out early November and aspirant should be alert as it will be sold for a short period of time maybe 2 to 3 days. You will get the information right here universityadmissionconsut.com.

Which Course can I change to?

Unilag will normally advertise vacant departments immediately after the merit list. Aspirants are advice to check certain variable before they for a particular department example of such is how many student did they admit in Merit list? How many students are they likely to admit for supplementary list? Example of depts that you will have a better are French Education, Islamic Education, C.R.K, Health Education, Home Economics, Integrated Science, Physics Education, Geography Education, Technology Education and so on

The second highest wasn't admitted

They will fail the screening but their names will come out on the admission list
