I don't think hyfr is supporting the efcc's move. From his own statement "No smoke without fire... even if it’s politicking, there is a loophole somewhere in their finances" he admitted a 'chance' of being politics driven but the efcc would still not have taken the move if there was no shelter from such an obvious move. The fallout of such a move would be very drastic. Already so media-wise but more drastic financial-wise as the adelekes would be willing to go all the way locally or internationally to get reprieve.

That 'excuse' or 'loophole' though small could be stretched , pressed down, shaken together to give the sense of 'suspicious activity' that would allow a judge give a warrant that the bank would receive and comply with. The rest they would just explain away as being 'coincidental' with the approaching elections.

What the adelekes should be worried about now is the 'mistake' they are 'expected' to make while sourcing external funds for campaigning.
