The independent National Electoral commission Inec has failed Nigeria.
Till now election materials have not been distributed in Akuku-Toru Local Govt that has only 14 units to conduct the re-run.

If over 600 police officers where deployed to Akulga for just 14 unites what would 2019 general election look like. Will the APC lead federal government recruit new police officers?

Electorates are waiting hopelessly for election materials to be distributed for them to cast their ballot up till 2:52pm

A boy of 12 years was yesterday shockingly found buried in a wall. He reportedly sang for 3 days before people decided to break the wall and rescue him.

A boy of about 12yrs old was found in the middle of moulded laid blocks.
It is beyond imagination, it is unexplainable,

General Superintendent of Deeper Life Christian Ministry , Pastor William Kumuyi has stated that Rivers State will continue to make progress as God’s grace is taking effect on the state. Speaking in Port Harcourt on Sunday during the Deeper Christian Life Ministry December Programme titled : "Still Connected in Rivers : An Evening of Freedom and Miracles ", Pastor Kumuyi noted that the state will transit into a new phase of growth. The programme which had in attendance Governor Nyesom Ezenwo Wike , his wife, Justice Eberechi Suzzette Nyesom-Wike , Deputy Governor Ipalibo Harry Banigo , Elders, Commissioners and Special Advisers attracted thousands of Christian faithful from across the 23 local government areas of the State. Pastor Kumuyi said: "We will continue to pray for Rivers State . There will be peace and progress in Rivers State ". He prayed God to take supernatural actions in Rivers State that will lead to testimonies across the state .
Addressing the Christian faithful , Rivers State Governor , Nyesom Ezenwo Wike said the people of the state need to rejoice because the peace many thought would not reign in Rivers State has been upheld by God.
He said: "We need to rejoice. Those who thought it was impossible to have peace in Rivers State , are now witnesses that God has brought peace to the state. "To God be the glory, this is the grand finale of this programme in the state for this year. This partnership will continue next year".
The governor said that the Amnesty Programme was successful because of the prayers of peace that propelled former cultists and militants to wilfully surrender their arms without offer of money .

Rivers State Governor , Nyesom Ezenwo Wike has renamed the Port Harcourt Polytechnic as Elechi Amadi Polytechnic in honour of the late International Author.
In a funeral oration at the burial of Captain Elechi Amadi on Saturday at Aluu, Governor Wike said that Captain Elechi Amadi's outstanding achievements in service of humanity makes it necessary for the literary Icon to be immortalised .
He said : "We have decided to rename the Port Harcourt Polytechnic as Elechi Amadi Polytechnic .
"So that it will remain in our memory that a man who contributed to the development of our nation, once lived."
The governor added: "Captain Elechi Amadi was not an ordinary person. The fact that you are Elechi Amadi's child means that you will be respected for what he stood for.
As children of Elechi Amadi , you have to keep up with his good works."
The governor urged that legends and achievers be celebrated Mwhile they are still alive to encourage the younger generation to embrace worthy ideals.
He said: "Praising achievers when they are still alive will encourage others to contribute to the development of the society . "
He informed that the State Government will complete the Faculty of Humanities in honour of Captain Elechi Amadi at the University of Port Harcourt started and abandoned by the immediate past administration .
The governor said Captain Elechi Amadi never focused on material wealth , but focused all his attention on human development .
He called on members of the family to always live in peace, so that they can make the late author proud wherever he would be.
The burial attracted leading authors and academics in Nigeria . The leadership of the Association of Nigerian Authors was represented by its President , Denja Abdullahi , Former Presidents , Dr Wale Okediran and Odia Ofeimun . Renowned Poet, John Pepper Clark also attended the burial
