I feel despite the rift between them, Tobi still feels something deep for Cee-C and would have preferred Miracle play the role of a peacemaker than the devil's advocate he displays on the matter. It wouldn't be inconceivable that Tobi's constant rudeness towards Nina is in retaliation of Miracle's aloofness concerning Cee-C. It also explains why Miracle keeps mute whenever Tobi disses Nina.
