No Idea, could be for different reasons.
All you can do is keep applying for other opportunities, if eventually they call, that's fine, if not, you can't just sit down waiting, it's unhealthy.

Yea, it's a delay from management, tge downside is that no one knows when they would eventually decide to reach out.

yes, you are very correct. i sometimes heard they gave some people offer letters as @ march if i am correct and they retrieved it back from them and ever since no news. i also heard they are working on it that very soon they would get back to us.

Interview was held january/feburary 2022 online via microsoft teams. It was later put on hold, so everyone is still waiting.

I am not sure they have called anyone for the graduate trainee programme yet.

Are you sure about this?
The interview for the graduate trainee programme was from on the 8th to the 10th of june. So if you said they called last week, it would mean they called while they were still conducting interview.
They have not called yet.
