Yes, I told the CGI lady and she said there is no problem with that. The most important thing is the DS-160 Name and International Passport Name.

Please I did not include My middle name in my CGI profile so it is not showing on Appointment confirmation letter. But is correct on DS-160 and Passport.

Thank you Justwise. I have been wondering if there is no way to caution this guy. Simply because you are in the US does not authorize you to insult people. He want to be harsh like Twoods but he forgot that Twoods doesn't insult. You need to respect people no matter the kind of help or information you are giving them.
