Turns out the problem was from their end, they hadn’t updated my student portal to show the Documents required prompt, finally reached out to them today via phone and they fixed it, thanks.

You can upload the bank statement and TB cert via the application portal. You will see a prompt that says "documents required" click on it and you will. Find where to upload the documents
I uploaded bank statements 5 days ago but I didn't uloaod TB certificate because it is not required for me. Expecting the CAS this week. I contacted the admission dept and was told to expect CAS thus week

You need to show the maintenance of 9 months.
What you need to show as POF is
Tuition - initial deposit paid(£3,000 in your case) + £9,207(if outside London) or £12,006(if in London)
Do this calculation then what u get has to be in your account for 28days for POF

Yeah I know but I don’t mind paying it(cbn rate) cos the overall tuition is affordable and they have a favorable payment plan, the other offer I have is from Northumbria university with £2000 deposit with a higher tuition at £14,500 and a not so favorable payment plan.

That's pretty high for a deposit though. Cranfield university is £1000 deposit.

I have a question please, before the pandemic happened I had my transcripts sent from my university(University of Benin) to Wes Canada for evaluation, that was successful but the whole express entry thing fell apart due to the pandemic.
