Am not really a religious person.. But after reasoning the story about genesis, I came into conclusions about the religious belief and scientific belief

Religions In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. 2 Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters.

3 And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light. 4 God saw that the light was good, and he separated the light from the darkness. 5 God called the light “day,” and the darkness he called “night.” And there was evening, and there was morning—the first day. I will stop here

Thus the bing bang theory is just the scientific explanation of Genesis... I believe the bing bang occurred due to the saying of the God when he said "let there be light" and everything started happening like that.. If you are to check this you see it both corresponds, and the genesis story came before the scientific reasoning for big bang theory.

This means God created the universe, scientists just explained better
