Politics › Show Me One Obidient That Has Never Badmouthed Peter Obi On This Forum by iamfraud(op): 2:20pm On Jun 26, 2025*. Modified: 10:59am On Jun 27, 2025 |
IGBOSON1: I can't stand that man and i can't forgive him for how, after 8 years, he's left a state with potentially the 4th largest economy in Nigeria! Apart from his personal investments in the state, i can't think of anything else that would give me a positive feeling about Anambra state.....and the stunt he pulled on Soludo only confirms he's after his selfish interests first b/4 that of the state! IGBOSON1: It's obvious that two-faced creep obi is more interested in covering his track than caring for Anambra getting the best......even when Soludo made it clear to him that he has nothing to worry about! Just how many skeletons has he got in his cupboard? IGBOSON1: ^^^Show pics/videos of what Obi has done in the last two years (which can't be seen anywhere) like Musiwa did for Ondo, or please keep quiet. For all the potential Anambra has, i'm a bit disappointed with what i've seen thus far, given that Obi has spent 7 years now as Governor . I'll score him 55%. IGBOSON1: ^^^Understand one thing......i'm looking at the bigger picture here, and going by the lacklustre 8 year Obi tenure of governance i'd support anyone but the puppet he props up for election to Awka government house.
Let's spare a moment and take a look at this willy wonker guy: a candidate that hitherto had no interest in politics and governance, but had to be dragged away -kicking and screaming- from his day job to help keep Obis skeletons firmly locked up in the cupboard and also help keep Anambras much needed funds permanently lodged at Fidelity Bank; a candidate that could not emerge as the APGA choice through an open and well fought primaries hurdle, but had to be brought in after all the quality contenders had been tricked and stabbed in the back to clear the road for him! This is the person you're supporting abi?
You say a person who built his company from scratch into one of the biggest players in Nigerias oil industry is 'mediocrity personified'? Ifeanyi Ubah is a million times more accomplished than a thousand Obis and willy wonkers; but more importantly, he has the desire, passion and fire-in-the-belly to govern the state!
I don't know Ifeanyi Ubah from Adam, but i'm supporting him b'cos he's the best of the lot!.......if i have any issue with him it's that he needs to loose a bit of weight........that's all! IGBOSON1: ^^^This is what made me start seeing GEJ in a new light!......never knew he was this devious and self-centred walahi! He doesn't give a fuc/k if Anambra don't get the best available to select from, insofar as he's re-elected in 2015!
The river port; the 2nd Niger bridge; the much heralded new 'oyel' status......all na wash! Yet that useless Obi is following him about like a neutered lapdog! Anambra has lost out on all counts.....and Obi is scheming to install his puppet as we speak! He changed mouth because he wanted Ibo presidency IGBOSON1: You lot have been digging out my old posts ever since as far back as late last year, all just to try and diminish Peter Obis' impressive antecedents as governor in Anambra state! Yes, you read right.....i said IMPRESSIVE ANTECEDENTS AS GOVERNOR OF ANAMBRA STATE! And i say that with my full chest now knowing what my younger self didn't know about governance and all it entails a decade ago! I also am now in a position to better appreciate the peculiar challenges he met on ground as governor! Back then, i thought governance was all about the 'sexy' stuff: roads and other physical infrastructure, not knowing that improving a states HDI (which Obi excelled in) is even more important! Even at that, Governor Obi also engaged in projects delivery, saved and ensured a much more stable and peaceful environment for governance from what he met, and these where what his predecessorultimately benefitted from!
Peter Obi is a legend! Feel free to quote me on this one! Please don't make racist or tribalistic comments on this section |

IGBOSON1: Honestly, this situation is so pathetic! As was said By Ben Okezie on AIT Focus-Nigeria earlier today......and i paraphrase: an outsider (GEJ) cannot come to Anambra and cause trouble unless Anambrans allow or invite him in!
These bastards (Obi, Umeh and the President) are just acting in their self interest, and the interest of Anambrans doesn't even get a look in! na Obi you just called bastard so? |

ultimateballer: is any other Anambra person worried with the turn of events in Anambra state, while the state continues to reek of poor governance, dirtiness and poor or absent infrastructure after 8 years of Peter Obi misrule, the governor who was so stingy he found it hard to perform has turned father Christmas in the twillight of his 8 year abysmal rule, throwing state funds carelessly, one wonders why this man will not invest this monies in Awka or Onitsha for instance in order to bring up these cities to modern realities, what is Peter obi really trying to do with this move because I think splashing monies on people will not change the masses tag on him as a monumental failure foolish Peter Obi who performed woefully as governor |

The TGANB arrested a Nigerian man and two Indian drug peddlers in Manikonda on Sunday. They also seized 107 grams of cocaine and 25 grams of ecstasy pills worth `30 lakh.
The prime accused, 22-year-old Chukwumeka Wisdom Onyeka, also known by multiple aliases including Victor Chukwu and Major Cartel, is a BSc student at Gokul Global University, Gujarat. A resident of Parra village in Goa and a native of Nigeria, he was previously arrested in 2023 in a cocaine case, during which his Sudanese passport was seized.
Two Indian accomplices, Gopishetty Rajesh and Bommadevara Veera Raju, were also arrested. All three were previously booked under the NDPS Act. Initially drug users, Rajesh and Raju later developed contacts with high-profile clients and began supplying narcotics in Hyderabad’s elite circles.
Police have identified several of their customers, including Phani Raj, Pavithra Reddy, Satish, Sada Shiva, Sudhir and Bhanu.
Officials said Wisdom first entered India on a student visa with a Sudanese passport in December 2022. After his arrest, he procured a Nigerian passport under a fake identity through a handler named Max in Goa. He later returned to Nigeria in September 2024, destroyed the passport and re-entered India in December with a new one under his real name. Max alias Princewel alias Buchi alias Gabriel, a Nigerian drug lord, is believed to be operating the syndicate using students with fake identities.
TGANB urged parents to monitor their children’s activities and report drug-related information to 8712671111 or 1908 https://www.newindianexpress.com/amp/story/cities/hyderabad/2025/Jun/24/nigerian-among-three-arrested-with-cocaine-ecstasy-in-hyderabadhttps://guardian.ng/news/nigerian-arrested-in-india-over-₦28m-drug-bust/#google_vignette

Crime › Suspected Nigerian Drug Peddler Arrested In India by iamfraud(op): 1:45am On Jun 06, 2025 |
Operatives of the Indian Telangana Anti-Narcotics Bureau have arrested a Nigerian national, Emmanuel Bediako, popularly known as Maxwell, for alleged drug trafficking.
PUNCH Metro learnt on Wednesday that the 34-year-old suspect was arrested on Sunday in the Sainikpuri area of Hyderabad. He reportedly confessed to earning over Rs Rs1.17 crore (approximately $145,636) in commissions after trafficking drugs worth several crores over more than a decade in India.
According to a report by The Hindu, an Indian news outlet, officers of the Bureau seized 150 grams of high-purity cocaine, branded in underground drug markets as “celebrity cocaine,” alongside 1,100 ecstasy pills.
The Director of the Telangana Anti-Narcotics Bureau, Sandeep Shandilya, said Maxwell was believed to be a key player in a larger West African drug cartel operating across India.
“He entered the country using fake identities and forged passports and had been operating primarily from Goa before moving to Hyderabad in a bid to expand the cartel’s network,” Shandilya stated.
Shandilya added that Maxwell had entered India on three different occasions, beginning in 2013.
“He initially came on a medical visa under false pretences and never visited the hospital or city mentioned in his documents. Instead, he joined his cousin and alleged cartel boss, Romey, in Goa,” Shandilya disclosed.
Romey, who is reportedly operating from Nigeria, is said to control the cartel’s activities remotely, using Maxwell and other foot soldiers to manage local deliveries and supply chains.
“During his time in India, Maxwell operated using burner phones, moved frequently to avoid detection, and laundered his earnings through a wide network of Nigerian bank accounts and Indian hawala routes.
“After exhausting the Goa market, the cartel directed Maxwell to scout Hyderabad, citing rising demand,” Shandilya explained.
The report further revealed that Maxwell arrived in Hyderabad in early 2025 and began establishing a local distribution network.
He was eventually arrested at a friend’s residence in Sainikpuri, where the police recovered the narcotics, two mobile phones containing transaction data, and photographs of previous consignments.
The police said Maxwell sold cocaine at Rs25,000 per gram and ecstasy pills at Rs6,000 apiece.
Data extracted from his devices, according to the report, revealed over 150 bank transactions involving Nigerian financial institutions such as GT Bank, Zenith Bank, and Moniepoint MFB.
The transactions reportedly link to Romey, his wife, Ugwu Promise Nnenna, and his brother-in-law.
The police also stated that Maxwell had previously operated out of a luxury villa in Goa but was forced to relocate due to mounting police pressure.
“This isn’t just a case of drug peddling. It’s an organised transnational racket involving multiple countries, fake documents, money laundering, and systematic targeting of Indian youth,” Shandilya said.
The report further stated that a Red Corner Notice may soon be issued for Romey and other absconding Nigerian nationals connected to the network.
Meanwhile, India has issued advisories to property owners in areas such as Paramount Colony, Brundavan Colony, Sainikpuri, Tolichowki, and Banjara Hills, urging them to report any foreign nationals staying in rented apartments.
This latest arrest comes just days after four other Nigerians, including two women, were arrested in separate incidents across India for similar drug-related offences. https://punchng.com/suspected-nigerian-drug-peddler-arrested-in-india/?amp

DomPerignon: In your bid to defend your criminality that has now gone global you are accusing Nigeria and Nigerians for you reason for dabbling head first into criminality.
Look, this is the tired excuse your criminals provide to authorities abroad when caught .
But you know something, the world isn't buying it. They know you ibos specifically as those who are overwhelmingly disposed to criminality.
The video of Stanley and the Thai cop begins with Stanley on a phone call to his brother crying croc tears and blaming Nigeria for his predicament of being caught for drugs.
As we continue into the interrogation proper, the Thai police office tells Stanley that "IBO's are the curse of Africa".
Its no longer the blanket Nigeria that you used to hide under. The world is taking notes of your criminality and making distinctions. Even amongst the backward and semi iliterate black South African, they are now making the disambiguation between Nigerians and you Ibos.
Continue to decieve yourselves that you are only hurting Nigeria . If things persist at this rate the world will come to make a clear distinction that out of all Nigerians , you ibos are the most criminally Bent with no single moral value . perfectly said |
Politics › Three Nigerians Bag 15-Year Jail For Fraud In India by iamfraud(op): 8:29am On Jun 03, 2025 |
Three members of a Nigerian cyberfraud syndicate have each been sentenced to five years in an Indian prison after a court found them guilty of defrauding a female teacher through an online scam.
PUNCH Metro gathered on Monday that the convicts, including Nelson Chigaogejimu, Francis Emeka, and Udala Chukwudi, scammed the victim, an Indian school teacher, out of approximately Rs 6.3 lakh.
According to a report by The Times of India, the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Richa Verma, handed down the sentence on Saturday.
In addition to the prison term, each convict was fined Rs 75,000, with an extra 15 days of imprisonment if the fine was not paid.
The case was filed by Ruchi Singh, a resident of Aashanagar and a teacher with the Basic Education department.
Prosecuting officer, Anil Kumar, confirmed the court’s verdict, as reported by The Times of India on Monday.
The report stated, “On May 30, 2020, she lodged an FIR, claiming she had received a message on May 12, 2020, from an international number claiming to be from London.”
According to the report, “The sender introduced himself as ‘Deepak Lee’ and also provided an email ID.”
“Shortly after, the accused called her and claimed to have found her contact through a matrimonial site. They began chatting over WhatsApp, and he told her that he had sent a parcel,” it added.
The report further noted that a tracking link and number were provided, initially showing the parcel at a UK airport before appearing in Delhi, with a claim that it was being held due to unpaid customs fees.
“A woman later called Singh, posing as a customs officer, and convinced her to transfer Rs 6,31,548 into multiple bank accounts, claiming it was for customs clearance.
“When the parcel never arrived, Singh filed a complaint at the Kotwali police station, following the directive of the Superintendent of Police,” the report stated.
The Nigerian trio, Chigaogejimu Emeka and Udala Chukwudi, were identified as the perpetrators.
PUNCH Metro learnt that the trio were subsequently charged in court by the police under sections related to “cheating, forgery, the Information Technology Act, and the Foreigners Act of 1960.”
The city’s Superintendent of Police, Neeraj Jadaun, said, “They were arrested in Delhi on October 17, 2020, and have remained in custody since then.”
The court ultimately found the trio guilty of forging documents and using them to defraud the victim under the pretext of an international parcel delivery.
This conviction follows a string of reports involving the arrest of Nigerian nationals, particularly in India.
PUNCH Metro had earlier reported last Friday that four other Nigerians, including two women, are also facing possible jail terms and deportation after being arrested in separate operations across the country for offences ranging from cyber fraud to drug trafficking.
The suspects, identified as Pepe Morepeyi, Gabriel Onyeka, Bamba Fanta, and Abigail Adonis, were apprehended by various law enforcement agencies in different parts of India. https://punchng.com/three-nigerians-bag-15-years-jail-for-fraud-in-india/?amp
