Notice how Peter Obi commented about the fire outbreak at Ladipo and Owode Onirin Markets in Lagos, of which no lives were lost, but had refused to comment on the thirty bodies discovered by the police and believed to be victims of suspected ritual killings at the Imo River in Oriendu community, Abia State, even though that incident was uncovered before the fires in Lagos occurred and involve loss of lives.
It fits Peter Obi's pattern. If it occurs in the North or Southwest, Peter Obi will dance naked in public and cry about injustice, government negligence, and societal decay. But if it happens in Igboland, Bitter Obi, the man in love with black mourning clothes, will suddenly become deaf, blind, and dumb.
Or am I lying?

Operatives of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, Anambra State Command, have arrested two suspected members of a tricycle-snatching syndicate notorious for dispossessing operators and passengers of their belongings. The state NSCDC commandant, Olatunde Maku, confirmed the arrest at the command’s headquarters in Awka on Wednesday, stating that the suspects were apprehended on Tuesday after allegedly snatching a tricycle at Araba Umuzocha, Awka. “At about 9 am on Tuesday, acting on a tip-off, operatives of the command intercepted a three-man gang operating along Araba Umuzocha and its environs.“Nemesis caught up with them after they forcefully snatched a tricycle, popularly known as Keke NAPEP, from a victim near Regina Junction by Zik’s Avenue, Awka. Two of the suspects were arrested while one managed to escape and is currently at large,” Maku said. The arrested suspects were identified as Obum Charles, 24, of No. 4 Umueze Road, Amudo Village, Awka, and Chukwunonso Ekeh, 27, of No. 36 Onueyiagu Street, Amachala, Awka.Maku disclosed that the duo is assisting the command with information that could lead to the arrest of their fleeing accomplice, adding that investigations were ongoing and the suspects would be prosecuted upon completion. “Preliminary findings indicate that the gang specialises in snatching tricycles while robbing riders and passengers of their valuables,” he added. Commending his men for their swift action, Maku reiterated the NSCDC’s commitment to combating crime and ensuring the safety of lives and property across the state. https://punchng.com/nscdc-arrests-two-tricycle-thieves-in-anambra/?amp

mrvitalis: What most of you don't understand is this
1) once you are unpopular in the North it's impossible to rig... It can't happen ask anyone who have been to the North... Ask OBJ and Jonathan even ask yaradua ... And Tinubu is very very unpopular in the North as we speak
2) middle belt is too close to call so rigging won't really get you much net votes here
3) south east is out of the equation for Tinubu
4 ) in the South West.. Osun and Lagos would net him near zero votes net if not negative
Before now I was of the opinion that Obi contesting would give Tinubu an edge... Don't really see that anymore... Because he would take from Tinubu potential votes in North Central and South South plus reduce impact of Lagos
Like 2019 , 2023 and now 2027 this election is PDP to lose if they play their card right Peter Obi should just contest |

It consists of the majority of Nigerian youths whose future is being mortgaged by cluelessness of the present politicians except for few who are on thier payroll and they are easy to identify. Apc took them for granted in the last election and apc have to rig thier way back. One would think for Tinubu to say in his inaugural speech “ Nigerian youth I heard you loud and clear “ he has a cutting edge solution but no . They may have to do more than rigging the next election. His clueless leadership style affecting his supporters and everyone. stale |

The Anambra House of Assembly has passed a resolution calling on the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control to reopen the Onitsha Drug Market closed on February 9.
The lawmakers, who passed the resolution during the plenary session on Tuesday, said the closure of the market had put the livelihood of at least 10,000 traders, apprentices, and their dependants in danger. The resolution followed a motion of ‘Urgent Public Importance’ by Mr Tony Moubike (Aguata Constituency 2). Mr Moubike said NAFDAC should hasten its ongoing inspection process to conclude and reopen the market in no distant time in the people’s interest. The assembly also called on the market leadership to establish strict monitoring structures to identify and report illicit activities within the market. Mr Moubike lamented that many innocent traders and apprentices were suffering for an offence they had no hand in. He also said that many apprentices, who are youths, may be lured into social vices, including crime and criminality, should the market closure persist. The speaker, Somtochukwu Udeze, said they had received numerous appeals and concerns from members of the public regarding the prolonged closure.Mr Udeze said the procedure adopted by the agency for the drug inspection was causing undue hardship to the people and called for the quick reopening of the market. The South-East is notorious for counterfeit goods, including health products.https://gazettengr.com/anambra-assembly-tells-nafdac-to-reopen-onitshas-notorious-drug-market/

Yesterday, NAFDAC found fake drugs hidden in a supposed plumbing material shop. If NAFDAC had listened to Peter Obi and reopened the Onitsha Market when he asked them to, would they have found these fake drugs? No. And these drugs would have found their way into the market to kill thousands of Nigerians.
This is all because Peter Obi would rather stand up for some of his supporters who are into fake drugs than for the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control, which wants to rid Nigeria of the malaise and save lives in the process.
May God save Nigeria from leaders who get advice from madmen.
