Did you first work on it on your localhost before, uploading it to your main server?

you don't know where your layout tab is? or your layout tab is missing?

[EASY STEP]log in to your blogger. Click on add a post it has like a pencil icon. You will either be taken to where you will enter the post, or a list of where you previous posts are.
If your taken to where you will write the post, click on close.it will take you to where you have your post, and by the left side you will see like a long list where template is,under it or above should be layout, then settings.

Try this instead.Since you said youv'e installed wordpress and filled all the database info.
if your website is [url]example.com[/url] access your admin like this [url]example.com/wp-admin[/url] . dont add the install.php
and if you don't get an interface. delete and re-add your theme.

Instead of this,

I changed it to,
$MPICTURE = "<img style=\"width: 250px;\" src='C:/xampp/htdocs/". $result['mpic'] . "' />";

After checking then error log. Now its working.

saasala: If I wanted a template, I wouldn't post anything here. I have built many websites for myself and clients using any kind of cms platform you can think of. And mind you I don't want a site like facebook, that's what the link you gave me is all about. If its a cms, try disabling plugins/modules/extensions installed.
Or if its custom built, there's probably an authentication error. check your codes.

Check your error logs.to see where the problem might be from.

And don't forget to knock on google, when your stuck.

Start by changing your wp-admin username and password(make sure your password is strong)!!, 2. If you know your way around your database, delete the users, that's is if your site doesn't require people to sign up.
Add a spam protector pugin to your site to prevent spams, delete useless plugins!!! Install hidemywp plugin, this plugin would help change your link to where you can enter ur admin username and password as well as other functions.
Then check your logs, if you have access to block the ip address that logged in as admin or if you notice on usual visits from a certain ip.
Update your plugins if any is outdated. And upgrade your wordpress if your using an old version.
And as well contact your host service. If this doesn't work.

Its still intact. Since the only thing u did was revoke the admin username, it shouldn't affect the database data.

Create a new user, and assign priviledges. And as well, change the username and password in your script that connects to the database.
