I have been using phone camera to upload all documents, yes the camera is clear and sharp, just thinking if NYSC is probably punishing me coz I used phone camera....

That's the issue I have with them.
We are not supposed to upload evaluation letter.
And so many of my friends did their registration and got evaluated without the letter....
Dunno why I had to be among the few who are having issues with evaluation.

P.S. they sent me a text to upload it too.

No. You cannot do another registration. It's only revalidation and you'll still be posted to the state you were given before. Except you work the posting. If you need help working it, let me know
