I’ve been waiting for my collection mail since Jan17 that I’ve gotten my BRP mail. I’ve escalated it the second time now, still waiting. Please can you help me with the things you did before you got your daughter own

Wait till tomorrow. I think tomorrow will make it 15 business days. If you don’t get it tomorrow then you can do paid call to know if decision have been made or it’s still under consideration

Decision made on January 14
Decision BRP mail dropped on Jan 17 and I have not received collection mail since then, my tracker is still at DMC. I did a paid call on January 23, decision had been made. What do you think I should do now. I have not received collection mail till now

My Sister is having this same issue. Her daughter's application was October 10th. She was told decision has been made over 2 weeks ago. No collection mail till now. Application still at DMC on tracking.

None yet. I called the contact centre and escalated it again today.

Hopefully it comes in the way this week.
