Highest yield experienced today. 491. Waiting for the 5 number sad When huh
You’re the one enjoying this 555w panel. My highest so far is 406w. Is it the placement or it’s just really sunny over there?

Is D2 max battery compatible with ordinary D2 huh

A 3 bedroom will comfortably run on D2 max with extra battery and two 600+ watts plus panels considering use of minimal every saving appliances huh

I am about advising someone to go for it
D2 max battery is compatible with D2 and will give extra run time. What do you mean two 600+ watts panel? I’m not sure adding extra battery will increase the solar max input of D2 which is 500w.
I actually wish i went for the 590w or 600+ Jinko panel instead of the 555w but many people here thought it will be overloading and were already fixated on the 555w. I would have been getting 400-450w solar input peak time or even 500 on my D2.

For new users, if it’s within your budget and the specs of the solar panel meets the specs of your Delta 2, i’ll advise going for the 590w or 620w Jinko Solar panel. Don’t follow the 555w trend and make the same mistake most of us did!

Yea, but the MPPT for Delta 2 Max is 1000 watts...which is less pain compared to 500 watts input. One can wait for when they will crash the price of the D2 Max.
You’re forgetting that’s also extra expenses because that’s an additional solar panel. It might take time for price to crash further. Prices are probably going back up after Tech Week

I rather sell the Delta 2 altogether and upgrade to a Delta with higher solar input. Getting the Delta 2 extra battery means I can only use grid light to charge it to attain full charge. But with solar, it is hardly attainable before the sun goes down...and the peak is between 11-2 pm.

Instead, I will get the Delta 2 max battery with it...

But the thing is, it is preferable to upgrade to Delta 2 max with 1000 solar input capacity and 2k battery capacity in a single unit.

Anything above that, you are advised to go for a traditional solar setup, as you can get more for your money.

*the electric poles are still down. They are yet to fix our light, and rain will threaten small with wind now, as if e dey warn day no come today to do work on it.

Now, the power of the Delta 2 shines, giving me light for like 12 hrs + in a day.
Hmm. I’ll test this your theory. Hopefully both can fully charge with solar
Also, even at the current cheap price of the D2 max which is only for a limited time, you’ll still probably need to add at least 650k to your Delta 2 to get the Delta 2 max which is quite a lot and almost the current price of the Delta 2 on a promo price
The Delta 2 extra battery was a good deal at 400k. It’s sad only two units were available

You were the one that wasn’t online on nairaland or didn’t check the thread. I posted the Delta 2 deal when I saw it and the D2 Extra battery when the discount went live

There’s huge sales on Ecoflow products due to Tech Week.

I watched your video and tbh, the delta 2 extra battery although more expensive seems better. The lithium battery (e.g Powmr) will not get you up to 200w input charging and seems less convenient to use. Or am i missing something?

Or you don’t know much about it either??

How will it work? How will one hook it up to the Delta 2 to charge? And will it be more efficient than using the Delta 2 extra battery?
Also, hope it won’t be 100w max input to charge the delta 2 when you hook it up?
How will you recharge the powmr lithium battery?
Guys?? No one answered this

For D2 just get a 650 watts panel if you can and save yourself the stress !
I wanted to get the Jinko 615w Solar panel when i got my 555w but people here said it wasn’t needed and the 555w will be sufficient as it will be over paneling but the 555w panel is not so bad for me. I’m not getting max input but i’m close. 360-390 average and 400+ on a good day.

Now almost full. Imagine hitting 400+. I may save 2 hours earlier rather than 1 hour.

I will have to wait for the 3rd rain or March, that's when I will pass judgement on my Jinko solar panel. If a single piece is worth it.

Does you guys Ecoflow get used while being charged?
I mean, do you turn on your house appliances like Laptop, Fan, Lighting etc., while the device is being charged?

If yes, does it get fully charged when the sun sets even after charging most of your appliances during the sunny time?
Yes . I use appliances while charging and my D2 gets fully charged daily except the sun doesn’t really come out or i use so many appliances that exceed the solar input while charging

If you mean the 13amp plug connected to the AC output port of the power station which then goes into your house mains, then something is wrong in that circuit, inspect the plug, check its fuse, the wire and everything you can check, you already confirmed other appliances work when plugged into the same port, next thing to look at is the circuit that goes from the AC output port of the Power station.
Yeah this is what I mean. I made a typo earlier saying it was the solar connection.

To rule out a faulty xt60 connector on your mc4 to xt60 cable or the female xt60 on the delta 2 itself, If you have any car around, plug In the car charger that came with the delta 2 and see if the same thing repeats.
It’s the AC plug connection that is wired to the house not the xt60 connector

Happy Sunday Guys. I was charging my Ecoflow Delta 2 with Solar and using my fan with 35w but the fan went off after about 2 hours. I was surprised because the D2 was charging and the load was really low. I then discovered that the AC switch of the D2 went off on its own. I turned it back on but then it makes three ticking sounds and goes off on its own. It’s refused to stay on. What can I do?
I just did some testing and discovered it’s the plug from the solar connection that’s causing it but i don’t know why. If i connect any other appliances, it works but when I put in the plug from the solar connection that’s, it goes off
