had similar issues about 5 refunds since November last year got refunded for some later bank claimed I wasn't charged, went to Ali they collected my bank details later got an email from the escalated team to go to my bank I requested for the ARN they said it was just a system issue that I should go to my bank

Its 3 months now uba credited me some while others are pending or no update yet

Uba refund process is a mess 😳

So what do you suggest I do? Who do I contact?

I received my Malaysia Post order from September 1st yesterday. Suddenly received notification earlier last week of movement from linehule office to local courier. Glad that chapter is closed. Funny part is I already got a refund as buyer protection ended a week or so prior. I have since contacted the seller to let him know and will be making payments to him later today.

I think it’s September orders that had an issue. People who ordered October had no issues getting their items with Malaysia Post

Nope, not yet. If your order gets shipped by Malaysia post as it is, there’s a 90% chance you’re not getting it in this country . Found out the hard way

This new Airtel ZTE Router is annoying. It’s blocking a lot of sites probably because of DNS issue and misbehaving. I managed to edit the DNS on my iphone in wifi settings but i can’t on android and other devices. How do i fix this? It’s terrible!

Found a solution. Just change the Dns of the wifi connected to your phone/device on your phone/device wifi settings. For android, you’ll click on the wifi settings of wifi you’re connected to, change IP settings to static instead of DCHP and DNS part will appear where you can use 1.1.1.1
