As long as the bank statement is not up to 31days from the date of printing you can still use it for example ,if you print your statement today the week of August 3rd ,you can use it up to September 3rd.

The rule of 28days counting from when you apply online will only be used if you submit a bank statement printed after you apply online. For example, if you apply online August 3rd and use a bank statement printed August 4th ,the 28 days will be counted from August 3rd to July 3

No, if you submit tomorrow, you'd need to reprint for up to tomorrow's date so as to show the money in your account for tomorrow. This is because the ECO will usually count 28 days backwards from your application date.

I'd suggest colour copies to make your scans look as close to the originals as possible but as long as they are clear and legible, you're good to go.

In your case ,you need to do the Tb screening first .You cannot book for visa till you get your CAS . Since your bank statement is not yet mature,you can go ahead for your TB screening,print out your bank statement when mature ,send it to your school and get your CAS after which you can apply for your visa .Cheers

Clear.. But if the last week of your 30 days is next week for bank statement and your TB test day is that next week, though no CAS yet till after printing of bank statement that same next week, do you start booking for Visa appointment since all of these will likely be ready next week?

The Tb screening certificate is one of the documents you need to submit for your visa application. If you already have your 28days bank statement,book your TB screening appointment at IOM ,you will be assigned a date to come for your TB screening. Then you can apply for your visa online . The date you will choose for the visa appointment in order for you to submit your documents will be determined by the date you will get your TB screening certificate because you need the Tb screening certificate as one of the documents to submit at the embassy. I sent them an email asking them for updates on my application, they actually replied me and said because they are working from home it now takes 2-3weeks. I got my offer last week Thursday. It was within the 3 weeks time frame they gave me.

Federal government under the leadership of president Muhammadu Buhari has refused to pay tertiary institution students on Federal government scholarship.
The scholarship which is meant to support tertiary institution students in the purchase of textbooks and also settling of their tuition have not been paid to the federal scholars Since 2014. The scholarship has two divisions ,The Nigerian award and The oversee award. Some students have not been paid for the years 2014,2015 and 2016 whereas others are being owed 2015 and 2016 award.
This is to serve as a call to the federal government because if scholarships which is meant to reduce the burden of tertiary institution students are not been paid at the appropriate time of what use is such a scholarship.

The federal scholarship board division of the federal ministry of education have refused to pay students on federal government scholarship,Nigeria awards.some students have not been paid for 2014 and 2015 ,whereas others have not been paid for 2015.
Most student depend on this scholarship for payment of tuition and also for upkeep.The federal government of Nigeria should please come to the aid of the students involved
