We are bringing the attention of the general public to our plight as Lautech students.
For the past 2yrs the school as been on strike due to the refusal of the state government and the lecturers to reach a compromise. The school management has asked us to resume but the lecturers have refused to lecture.
According to sources the issue now relates to the refusal of the Oyo state government to pay its own share of their accrued salary for 3months. The Osun state government has fulfilled their promise. We beg the general public and the Government to help us. We are tired of sitting at home.
We are final years students. We have been final year students since January 2016.
This is a cry for help from students of Lautech
The lecturers are not considerate because whatever happens they will still get paid but they should consider us the students. Our lives have been stagnant for 2years.
