The selection Evaluation Matrix is based on the criteria for the various jobs as established by FAAN.
NOTES ON THE SELECTION

Candidates meeting any of the following criteria are disqualified despite their total score:
Candidates who are over the age limit.
Candidates who have highest educational qualification that is higher or lower than that established for the position.
Candidates whose course of study does not match the required course of study as advertised.
A candidate’s Total Score is derived from the weighting of his/her scores of Aptitude Test, Physical Fitness Test, Oral Interview, Height, Age, Educational Qualification, and Experience as detailed in the requirements for the various jobs. In addition, each candidate’s credentials were reviewed.
Minimum total scores are established for each job. All candidates’ total scores must meet the minimum requirements to be considered for selection for employment.
Shortlisted candidates are subjected to the Federal Character requirements for equitable representation.
The top scorers from each State meeting the minimum scores required for each job are selected, thereby ensuring that States are equitably represented on the merit list.
The candidate chosen for the position of the AGM is the candidate with the highest total score.
The candidates chosen for PDMO were those with the highest total scores. The list was then moderated to ensure that each geopolitical zone is represented.
