Exactly what I told him but seems he's not interested in my suggestion. Anyone can call the dean directly when you feel the person in charge isn't doing his job. I once did that to my former IA and told her she's an incompetent. Hot emails exchange ensued and at the end, the dean of grad school personally used her money to mail my I 20 with UPS. When I finally resumed and met her one on one, she apologized. By the next semester, she had been kicked because of many similar complains. There was another time my grad coordinator didn't want me to pick the elective courses that are relevant to my life, I went straight to the dean and the issue was solved. I was exempted from garbage electives and I created my own plan.

infact i just called the deans office and some others, straight to voicemail. I left a detailed complaints in the voice message.

and @Twoods, just as bigfrancis21 said, they're lotta people in similar situation, prolly they're just observing our replies and all.

He saw your name on admission list and you resume 25th and them never send you acceptance letter ( lol here is not naija oh that your friend will go and check admission list for you ) what if that inside man actually saw your name and deleted it
Personaly I don't recommend schools that don't respond soon enough though most time it's the staff's not the school and sometimes they can be out office and sometimes a simple call can fix everything
Also it sounds like you only applied to one school prolly because inside man said he will work the admission for you

i ordered for 7 items on aliexpress on 10th november, 4 was delivered to the stipulated address last week thursday(15th nov).
i decided to check the post office at ikeja today, called the delivery guy that delivered the previous 4. he had 1 with hin. so remaining 2.

the issue now is when i showed him the tracking info on aliexpress, he said its not a valid tracking no, that it doesnt have letters bla bla bla.
now i'm confused as to how i can track my remaining 2 orders. pls advice

Yea, BSU is quite slow in their admission process. Did you send them your sponsor's bank statement (showing minimum of $25,000 for undergraduate studies or $23,000 for graduate studies), letter of support from your sponsor and i20 supplemental request form? If not, you need to asap. Your sponsor's statement and letter of support need to be notarized. I have attached the i20 supplemental request form to this message. Then email all 3 documents to syego@bowiestate.edu. He is in charge of coordinating international admissions.

You can also email him to inquire on the status of your application.
