the phone number you used in verifying your first account is associated with some other accounts, so you were flagged off , so just mail the OfferUp team now in like 48hrs or so , some account associated with that phone number will be deactivated, then the will unflag one of the accounts for you ..
But for now if you like create 10more accounts the will still flag it off ,

So note OfferUp bot has flagged up you phone ip , so if you like login in an account of 2014 the will start asking for tru verification or msgs sent won’t deliver to seller
