It all depends on attitude and character of the landlord and his tenants... Tenants ain’t saints either. My parents have tenants also and trust me, those guys can give someone high BP. One is still owing 200k from his rent of last year Nov and another November is here already. Whenever you ask, he would say business ain’t going fine so no money. The other day it was the pumping machine that spoilt, everybody locked up... For 2 weeks straight no water, Had to send money for them to get a new one... after splitting the money... some have still not paid their share, claiming that things are hard........ So it’s not always landlord and land lady. Tenants have their own.

I have reached out to some people and some people have also reached out to me. I have tried to broker peace with Iamphilips but he has constantly turned it down. I have then decided thus.

That item is 487$ on ebay.
487$ x 470 = 228,890
Shipping is 17lbs x 6 x 520 = 53,040
Total = 281,930.
I have paid Philips 280,000.

The extra money is going to add an extra of 11k. Meaning Philips owes me 21k.

Nonetheless, tomorrow I’d make arrangements, pick up the item and pay whatever is ontop of it.

Because I’m a peace loving person, I have chosen peace as always. I’d never harm or even get in a fight with anyone especially with my dear friend Iamphilips.
So not only am I going to pick up my item, I’m also apologizing on this public forum to my dear friend Iamphilips. I mean you no harm and can never mean you any harm. You’re more than a friend to me, you’re a brother. I’m sorry my dear brother.

Yes I can ask for my money back because he has not fulfilled our agreement. I wanted it from Amazon and only agreed to ebay because he said he’d refund 10k (which he hasn’t). He also charged me for 492$ and the item was bought at 487$.

The guy conned me and it is glaring. I think I can request for a refund.

I simply asked you to explain situation of things to your client, but No you decide to drag my name all over the internet over an extra 3lbs on your own package.... even called people I knew to tell them.... You can draft whatever letter you want to your account officer or the Efcc. If I’m invited, I Go talk wetin Happen..... If it’s a laptop or phone, we all know the fixed charge on that. I don’t work in Dhl or Sony to know the exact shipping weight of the speaker and powerbank you claimed.

He reached out to me with a link that he wants to process order. I gave him tlc of 302k

He asked for breakdown which i did and total was 299,000
Item weight on amazon is 12lbs.... i estimated 14lbs in case of packaging.

Thats what i used to reach this amount. He called and explained that he's placing the order for someone. That he has someone that processes his order but the person wasn’t available and he already billed the client 270k.

He kept on pestering me to process this order for him, I later agreed 280k cos of the situation he presented. I told him from the onset that estimated 14lbs(item plus packaging) at $6/lbs at 530/$= 43,680.

I checked Ebay and saw a Sony authorized dealer with same item(that comes with a free power bank at same price), and processed his order cos I felt it was a good deal. At least I go see powerbank as a business man that I am.

Sent him order confirmation. He complained that client wanted Amazon but he would work it out with the client. He said he sent client the link and client insisted on having the powerbank, I didn’t complain about that.

Item arrived on the expected date and total from shipper is
17lbs at $6/lbs 570/$ = 58k

I reached out to him to tell his client that package was heavier than estimated. That he should reach out to his client and let him know.

Im even willing to cover the #50 difference in rates on the 14lbs he already paid.

But then hes saying he's not paying anything.

He immediately reported me to Kreamie, they created Groupchat added Wese90, he said his part of the story, I said mine.

He still came in here to drag my name, because he doesn’t want to pay for the extra 3lbs weight on his own package..... Forgetting he insisted on holding on to the power bank which was added to his package.

I process orders and checkout for lots of people daily lowkey without any story. And this young man that claims to be my friend and knows me from secondary school comes here to drag me iamphilips . Na premium see finish be that honestly.

I already paid my shipper for the 14lbs at current exchange rate(570) and dropped all necessary pickup details with him since Monday.. when he’s ready for his package he should go there balance up and pickup his item. SIMPLE
