From experience I know that the older the egg, the lesser it chances of hatching. That I have observed over a period of 3 years.

On the average Hen will lay between 9-12 eggs in a Clutch. The older the eggs to the commencement of brooding the lesser their chances of hatching. That is my observations.

So, I just get a Marker and put a sign on the eggs as it lays, then remove the older eggs while leaving the newer ones.

With this practice, I have gotten 8/8 Chicks after after brooding.

Also, it allows for maximum circulation of heat on the eggs since the Hen can comfortably sit on them (some hens can comfortably sit on 13-15)

I eat them because I have observed that older eggs don't usually hatch.

I went for the overkill. Got a lawyer. Signed power of attorney such that I will not appear in court. When he saw fire he started begging and asking neighbors to come and plead.

Long story short, the guy paid #595,000 refund of expenses to me. I decided to have mercy after all I'm a pastor by returning #100,000 to him. I'm handing over the management to the lawyer. I was a very good tenant when I was living in people's house. No tenant will mess with me.

I love the bolded. I fit beat my chest say I try when I was a tenant.

According to tenancy law in Nigeria no matter how long a tenant occupy a property he/she must pay for the time spent on the property.


I refer that you watch some case on this on the justice court with Judge Fumi Ashaolu for better understanding.

The funny thing be say even lawyers and law enforcement agents turn this law upside when interpreting.

Let's see from these points of view:

*The car was unregistered, 'probably' a new ride.

*A content creator started filming him, mentioning his name, which could have probably triggered his sense of safety in the current state of the country's insecurity.

*It is highly likely he did not know who the content creator is, so that might be a threat to his safety and a breach to his privacy and security.

*Why was the content creator filming him without his permission?

*What if he had thought the so-called content creator was a spy in disguise for car snatchers and trackers?

Now, when did self-defense become a crime in Nigeria?
If the so-called content creator had turned out to be an armed robber on the look out, which suddenly sprays him bullets and made away with the car, will the people be saying this same things?

I am fully into the business, I use grower feed for them, from start to finish. I have up to 7 breeding hens, I consume the roosters cos mine are usually very mighty cos I cross them with noiler. They have good meat, I leave them to roam from 7am to 7pm then lock their house because of cat and snake (snake usually come to drink the eggs and kill chicks and mother hen, but the Holy spirit has stopped the snake from coming for more than a year now)
