..the same here. It is very difficult task to deal with. The worst part of it is if you rush into another relationship in order to fill the vacuum, you will regret it later. You need to be healed totally otherwise you will be toxic to people that genuinely love you. In my own case, she said she has moved on; that she has a new boyfriend but to my greatest surprise she continues to ask for money and other things from me. |
I retired from commenting on Nairaland, just to be reading comments only. But the op has forced me out of my retirement with this story. To the op, may you live long. God bless you. I really value and appreciate this story. |
l am forced to comment on this thread, the truth is it is a two- way thing (both men and women) inclusive. l have vowed to stay faithful to my woman from dating to marriage. l have this principle that guides me: What l know if they do it to me and l will not tolerate it l will not do it to another. I dated a lady for 5 years, l was 100% faithful to her, then when the time for us to commence our wedding ceremonies, suddenly excuse like my pastor dad said you are not my husband came. l never cheated or abused her, l stood by in her thin and thick situations, l placed her on monthly allowance, l was always on intercession on her behalf, God really favoured her while we were dating. Immediately, she broke away things moved down south for her, the worst part is she still wants me to be giving her money, perhaps pension/gratuity. One thing l know is this if you take a good man/woman who loves you so dearly for granted, you can never never get anyone like him/her. l repeat if you take a good man/woman who loves you so dearly for granted, you will never never get anyone like him/her. You will surely regret it. There are many fish in the ocean, mind you they are not of the same size, color, and so on. My good people, this issue crosses both gender, tribes, languages and races. |
This BELLO keeps on giving his enemies the opportunities to mock him. Where are his media advisers and assistants ? The way he jumped into conclusion without reading the bishops presentation is what l don't understand. He is behaving like someone who is under a spell. My heart goes to the people of Kogi state. As l said on the other thread, this man's regime has come to an end with this attack on the revered Catholic Bishops. |
l understand where this man is coming from; Tinubu's faction supported the former deputy to Audu to be governor after the death of Audu, but Oyegun's faction supported this man. Even at that, this is not enough reason to be Buhari's ass licker. My pain is how Bello jumped into conclusion without reading the presentation by the Bishops. l am not a Catholic but mark my words: THE REGIME/POLITICAL REIGN OF BELLO HAS COME TO AN END. "MENE MENE TEKE PHARSIN" |
Even a whole CHANNEL TV is involved in this rubbish. WHICH TIME WILL THE POLICIES BE PROMOTED ON NAIRALAND FRONT PAGE? Please where are the BMC in the house; kindly confirm Nairaland time. |
Taraba is PDP state. That's a good move. |
What did you expect from them before, perhaps they should wear face cap with inscription " Buhari retires back to daura because of Obj's warning" They are Buhari Appointees, they must support their benefactor. In life, there are two categories of people/persons around you; one category tells you the truth, the other lies to you (due to what they benefit from you) until you encounter your Waterloo/destruction/humiliation. Always ask GOD to surround you with honest people, not sycophants. GEJ will tell better but l believe Buhari will tell the best. |
This is the beginning of Nigeria deliverance. After all, the holy book of GOD tells me ''The heart of the king is in the hand of the LORD, like a river of water, he turns it to the direction he chooses''. If l interpret this further, the hearts of all Nigerians are in the hand of the LORD, He will turn some against our bad leaders, while He will cause some to deceive our bad leaders through their support by doing so the bad leaders will meet their destruction. Now back to the topic, it seems that the northern masses are being more wiser than so called the educated youths from the south. I am yet to see any governor in the south past/present that has been stoned by his people rather what we see is our so educated/internet youths arguing/comparing online the performance of the southern governors. NB- The south here refers to Southwest/South-South/South east. |
See the man's modest sitting room. Take a look at the furniture. When a leader truly served/sacrificed for his people, the evidence is there for all and sundry to see. Dear Sir, may you continue to rest in peace not in pieces!!!! |
I like/commend this man; he has been standing for the truth on national issues. But sir, no one has demonized OBJ yet. The APC party/Presidency said they will not respond now. Well, except you are referring to nairaland BMC - Sarrki, Ngeneukwunu, Buhariguy, Usba, Madridguy, Yariwo, and co. |
Honestly, l respect these Arewa youths, they have been outspoken despite the fact that Buhari is from the North. Most youths from other geopolitical zones would have preferred to defend their own. But remember what l commented on one of the threads earlier. Some people don't want Buhari to contest or perhaps contest and lose so that the North will have additional 8 years; another group wants him to contest and win so that power will return to the south immediately after he has completed his second tenure. |
APC is still in shock. |

This man sef; see interpretation from a respected laywer, SAN for that matter. This is one of the problems of Nigeria, we either shift the goal post or interpret to suit/appease those in leadership/authority. The letter is simple ''BROTHER BUHARI, PLEASE, DON'T CONTEST FOR SECOND TERM''. It is never a clarion call to change his ways. |
l have read several comments on OBJ's letter to Buhari not to contest for second term. Many people even attacked OBJ's personality- He wants to be Nigeria's longest serving President; He criticizes every government in Nigeria; He is among our failed leaders; He is playing god; and so on. But my fellow countrymen, l have this question for all of us: In the last three(3) years, did Buhari actually perform as Nigeria President? Let us be honest to ourselves. Let us keep greed away. This is about the future of our unborn children/generations. Even where you are surrounded by enemies, they will always take advantage of your flaws. lf they lie against you, the truth will always swallow their lies. Take a look at Obiano, a lot of lies were said against him but at the end, the truth prevailed over/swallowed all of them. God bless all of us. |
vertueptime:I don't normally respond to people whom made mention of me because l believe everyone of us is entitled to his/her opinion . But in your case l am forced to do so, have you not seen the pictures/ heard of the corpers who lost their lives because he lost in 2011. That time, he was not closed to power talkless now he is in the Aso rock. His supporters will kill people and he will look the other way as in the present case of the fulani herdsmen. |
Let me tell you why true patriots are begging Buhari not to contest: If he loses the election there will be blood flow, his supporters in the north will slaughter people like cows. They can't accept defeat like GEJ. They are not Democrats. If he wins the election there will be more massive nepotism, divisions, corruption and poverty in the country. So if truly that Buhari loves Nigeria/Nigerians, (born or yet to be born); he should not contest, l am not saying he has no right to contest. He should remember that one day he will surely leave Aso rock (dead or alive). Let it be on history that he is the first president in Nigeria to do only one term without seeking for another term. This will put him in the history book. Some people want Buhari to contest and win so that after his second tenure power will return to south while some people don't want him to contest or perhaps lose so that the north may have another 8 years. Our greed will surely plunge this country into destruction if we don't repent. |
Firstly, let him acknowledge that it is a sin; and that masturbation is hindering some blessings of GOD in his life no matter how blessed he is at the moment. Masturbation is demonic, it is not a physical battle one can win with physical therapy like getting a job/being busy. Honestly, once he conquers/casts out that demon, both pornography and masturbation will die in him He should spend most times of the day fasting and praying. l can give him some specific prayer points for that purpose. Send me a private message. He will surely be free. I am very sure of it. Mark my words. Continue to stay blessed. |

Please, l want to see the pictures of APC 'MEGA' rally in Abia State. |
Jesusloveyou:Please, kindly change your monicker"Jesusloveyou" You are a disgrace to Christianity with these comments of yours in this forum. |
Before you come to defend this wicked and evil soul, or even before you say it is a lie and mere accusation, please, ponder on these few questions: What of if it is your sister, daughter, mother or wife was raped; how would you take it;how painful would it be to you? Secondly, why is it that none has accused you or me of rape; why must it be TI? Please this guy needs to be arrested ASAP, he needs to enter 2018 from behind the bar. That's my humble submission. |
Please where are those Rochas Media Crew (RMC) on nairaland. May God have mercy on you. I advise all of you (RMC) not to carry these your bad attitudes of supporting evils being orchestrated by Rochas in Imo and enter 2018. The year 2017 has less that 48 hours to go, kindly return Rochas's money. "A good name is better than silver and gold" |

God bless you my brother. The issue is the guy you quoted will he reason it from that angle. Buhari blamed the accident on the Aso rock security officers. That blufly may blame it on the marketer that supplied petroleum products at Aso rock or even they will soon blame it on Yusuf's friend. This is height of irresponsibility. |
Bluffly:It is very unfortunate that when some of us are holding the government down for its incompetence, ineptitude and lack of visions, you and your likes allowed themselves to be used as willing tools to shift BLAMES and DISTRACTIONS. You still want further analysis after all my explanations. I am glad that the same comment you challenged keeps gathering "likes" as every hour passes. For your information, Buhari/APC government has appointed 3 dead people as members of newly constituted boards, oya blame it on the staffs of the constituted agencies. SMH. |
Bluffly:Lol. You are the one using blame tactics and strategies of your APC government. |
Bluffly:Both the marketers and transport operators are being controlled/regulated by the government policies/representatives. The policies were/are formed/reviewed by government in power/Buhari/APC, the authorities/persons charged with responsibility to monitor the execution of these policies were/are appointed by government in power/Buhari/APC. But if it was during GEJ regime, would you have called/blamed the marketers and transport operators. Then, let me ask you these questions: Can't the government participate in the marketing of petroleum products? They do of course(NNPC retail outlets). Can't the government run transport companies? Most states and local governments operate inter state buses. I answered these questions so that you will not bend the truth. |
IAMTHEHERO:l don't know why l am doing this, let me educate you the more; in analysis not all factors/risks have the same weights; some weigh more than others. The one with higher weight is given more preference than others. Now, in the analysis of "High Fare at the moment in Nigeria" fuel scarcity has the highest weight. As l said earlier, it could have been avoidable by a government that has the interest of her people at heart. See, Nigerians gave Buhari government maximum support more than any other government in the history of Nigeria. He removed fuel subsidy and no protest. The only way he can pay Nigerians back for their unflinching support is by causing more woes, griefs and sorrows to them. Bro, you blame the transport operators, the marketers and so on(that's your own definition of calling a spade "a spade" . It is very unfortunate that the incompetency of this APC government has beclouded the sense of reasoning of the citizenry. |
Bluffly:Bro, can you hear yourself, "We are talking about their exploitative attitude during the fuel scarcity" How can a responsible and visionary government that knows her people are always exploited during fuel scarcity and still allows the fuel scarcity to exist during the Yuletide? Remember the signs were there since August /September 2017. l mentioned 10% collection, union dues, security dues, sanitation dues, exchange rate and cost of return- back-empty to highlight other factors that added up to cost of the fare. I did this because you have started deceiving the members of this forum on "your so called profit analysis" Have you forgotten that transport business is one of the most competitive businesses in Nigeria even the world over. If you hike your price so much high, nobody will enter your bus. |
Bluffly:Your ego will not allow you to admit that you goofed in your analysis and you learnt some things about inter state transport business. I have told you go back to the original post l made on this. Buhari and APC government is the most clueless, visionless, irresponsible and directionless government in the history of Nigeria. They have caused more woes and sorrows to Nigerians than the previous administrations. This is a government that rode on change mantra to power. But you in APC usual nature and tactics, blame it on our people for greed. You people always blame, you never assume responsibilities of your actions. If not blaming PDP, it will be GEJ, or the security officers, now the marketers. The most ridiculous part of it is Buhari and APC government blames the people that voted him into power. |
Bluffly:Let me educate you. The loaders collect 10% of total sum collected. The Union dues increase during Christmas. But all the charges are dependent on the total sum collected which in turn depends on the increase of fuel price/scarcity of fuel as well as the cost of hiace bus. Most transporters roll out new buses in December. How much do they buy the hiace buses? The cost of the hiace buses depends on prevailing exchange rate. All these dependents/determining factors rely on the policies of the government in power. Assuming there was no fuel scarcity, the highest we would have paid would be 12,000 based on that the cost of hiace buses that used to be 5-7M during Gej is now 10.5-15M under Buhari. They need to recover their money. Let me tell you again the fares you see are inclusive of the returns back cost of the bus as many are in Lagos/Abuja waiting, so the buses come back to Lagos/Abuja empty to carry the stranded passengers. |
. It is very unfortunate that the incompetency of this APC government has beclouded the sense of reasoning of the citizenry.
