naptu2: This reminds me of "Air Force One, Go Round!".

The airspace around the head of state is always closed for security reasons. This is the case, regardless of who is head of state.

Note: President Jonathan did not order the closures. He might not even know about it. The are professionals who handle such duties. Air Force One was almost involved in a collision because a US President (I can't remember, but I think it was Nixon) ordered the pilot to tell the control tower to re-open the airspace.

In recent times, air force and navy jets have had to be scrambled because civilian planes entered Air Force One's restricted air space.

However, there are ways of managing the situation. The President should have flown into Port Harcourt Air Force Base, rather than the International Airport at Omagwa. Planes in Lagos, Abuja and other cities should have been held back until the airspace is opened, etc.

True talk but remember there are other dignitaries as well as well as Governors and the VIP's in this country not just the President this time. I dont know though is there Hanga in PH airforce base.

I think you have failed in your attempt, though i dont like the president but if you no get better thing complain about, then go hug transformer or better still u for jump comot for plane so that all of dem go know say you dey vex. So because of you the President should wait abi, or security should not be put in place when President and Governors wan use airport. Well anytime you are free and President dey come your State, go airport go watch and you go foolishly see the ceremonial welcome he will get. Are you Kidding me? Athletico ought to have won that match by more than one goal.. They missed the better chances in that game. But seriously today's match was lost by Madrid's coach. Playing CR7 as a striker is like making him a decoration on the pitch. Benzema would have done a better job even though he would not score at least he would put the defenders under pressure. Anchelotti gave us this match trying to be more defensive when he has creative players. There is no way a CB will do the job of a DM better than a DM.
