i completed the installation..... the resolution was low so i installed the video display driver to improve it, after that it restarted to were password is inputted. each time i input the password it goes back to the lock screen. i tried reinstalling the windows with a disk and since then it boots into the choose an option page and automatic repair

Have you tried using the automatic repair? You shld use the automatic repair option that also comes with the cd. If that doesnt work ill advice you to reinstall windows using that first usb you used before.. You should reinstall windows on ur pc by making your usb a bootable device. You can use google to check how to make a usb a bootable device. You can also try using system restore to restore your computer!

Boot your laptop into safemode with networking, then login to ur system and download spyhunter. Make sure u update it to d newest version and remove malicious files.

I am limited bro. Not there to physically access what's wrong so there is limit to what I can say or tell as to the extent of damage.. Take it to a nearby technician to help you fix this.

If u've not taken your system to a technician, try taking out the battery and putting it back in. Then press shift, F8, and the power button at the same time. If that doesnt work, open the back of your laptop, remove your ram from its slot and place it in the other slot.. If it still doesnt work, msg me!
