Trump has only lost a case on this election issues and that was before the election. It was the case the Supreme Court ruled upholding Pennsylvania state’s right to keep counting votes till 3 days after the election(And that lawsuit was way before the election day).

Even after the Election Day, a Supreme Court justice kinda went back on that decision asking that they isolate ballots that arrived after 8pm on Election Day. So technically he hasn’t lost a case per se.

On the other hand, most lawsuits you see in America all over different states and counties were filed by people and organizations who were utterly enraged by the amount of fraud they witnessed or heard of.

Trump’s lawyers are still compiling evidence on the whole elections. I’m not even sure they’ve formally filed a lawsuit post-election day but I’m sure they are yet to lose one.

Meanwhile, every single case after the election was called two weeks were actually filed by Trump lawyers in association with the state republican officials because of the nature of the American elections. Every single state has their own election commission and different election rules. Hence, it only makes sense that local republican officials are joined with the law suit.

A classic example is the case that was dismissed yesterday where Trump's personal attorney joined the suit in the last minute when other lawyers pulled out ot the case.
