All is well dear.

Stay off sex and anything strenuous till the end of your 1st trimester.

Put yourself on self-imposed bed rest for the next few days, take plenty fluids and don't forget your daily folic acid.

Thank you for the reassurance. Im already in bed rest.

]Good day all, im in my 7th week now, woke up two days ago and noticed I was spotting bright red. I quickly had my bath rushed to my hospital and she quickly ordered for an US. Luckily the baby was OK. I was immediately placed on gestone injection and progynova tabs /cyclogest. So later in the evening, I noticed the bleeding has stopped but subsequently I'm having this brownish discharge. On inquiry I was told its an old blood. Has anyone experienced this before and please how did you overcome it. I'm so worried.

Coq10 is Good. DHEA too but don't take DHEA if you have PCOS.

THANK YOU I APPRECIATE.

Hello beautiful e-family, i have been following this thread silently. i must confess that I have really benefited from it. I have been preparing my body for an IVF treatment. I have done all the necessary investigations and awaiting results. I have stayed off supplements, cut down on carbs for now as it increases my BMI (Body mass Index) any suggestions to what I should be taking to replace the supplements and how to prepare my body thoroughly for the procedure in January.

[quote author=MummyEsther post=39129807]Hi Ladies, please I sincerely need your prayers, my marriage is heading for the r? DH is loving but getting depressed. I hate to see him this way. Today is my birthday but the saddest day of my life in 8 yrs of marriage. I'm 33 today and DH will be 44 next month. We seem to be making progress medically, only flushing of tubes left But it seems the closer we are to this BFP breakthrough, the more I desperately want to go away from my marriage COS I feel I'm the one preventing my DH from being a father at 44. I can't watch him become 45 and we are still ttc.
I've started making contacts with my extended family in London. I might have to run away from DH so he can remarry. He is such a very good man, I mean he is like an angel. Infidelity is not just his style. I've known him for 12yrs but married for 8yrs. I love him so much and I hate to see him suffer cos of me. We only started actively trying to conceive 3yrs ago. Before then, we were solely trusting in God's Divine Intervention. Little did we know that God Himself created doctors for a reason.

I pray he'll find a good woman to make him happy and give him children in the first 9months of their marriage.

I used to be quite strong and resilient but I'm at my wits end already.
Please pray for me if you have the time. I'm almost going nuts. Thank you.

Have you two bothered to know what he problem is? Medicine is so advanced now that there's hardly no solution to any fertility problems.
You can try IVF, iui and better still pray earnestly. but please don't leave your home!

Family / Re: When Your Nanny/househelp Suddenly Becomes An Ally To The Neighbours! by Ibari(f): 8:56pm On Sep 20, 2015
Mystical888:

Hello House,

I'm in a dilemma concerning my househelp and Nanny.

I've noticed she has developed a relationship with the neighbours which I'm not comfortable about.

She isn't a live in hand but has been with us for 2 years now.
She is a woman in her early 40s, a Yoruba Christian who stays not too far from my place.

She helps with housechores when we are away at work.
Her job role is to:-

(1) prepare the kids and take them to school every morning.

(2) Return to the house and do housekeep.

(3)Take the kids home after school hours.

(4)Prepare lunch for them and help them with their home work.

Her hours of work is between 7am and 7pm when she resigns to go to her house.

My daughter has told me how they've gone twice to watch TV next door in the home of both neighbours. (Nanny took them there).

Should I be worried about this development or is it part of the growing up phase for the kids?

Seems she isn't challenged enough with the workload and what does she do when she's at the neighbours.

Nne becareful before we hear another case of missing children. (God forbid). She is already performing your role as a mother. Try & create time for your kids. This is when they need you
