U guys lack financial education.

I wouldn't want to start asking questions here but the thing is,u have to restrain yourself from certain behaviours now and not later.

If u don't do that now,u might ruin your life completely and without remedy. Remember,that ur father died because he was out of work faced a lot of challenges due partly as result of lack of finance Therefore,do not tow that path else u might be repeating the same calamity.

Plan your life early enough and put ur finances in order and continue to grow from there.

Conversely, i just hope some young guys are learning from this kind of hard life. Education alone is not an escape to good life but knowledge and your ability to work less and earn more.

Young men especially those in their twenties,u need two things to to survive this rough world,Capital and knowledge/skill.

Apply 20/80 rule in everything u do as life no get duplicate.

If u don't have the means,pls don't birth more than two children...it would ruin and damage u beyond your imagination.

Avoid marriage if u are still managing ooooh.

I personally hate estate plots and I don't usually subscribe to it because everybody seems to be claiming developers without a single well established estate to their names.

Inheritance sharing is not easy thing as it seems here.

They should have shared it long ago.

×.U have to consider the culture of the family involve,because some culture does not allow women partake in such matter.
× U also have to consider their religion.
×. U have to consider if there is a will that actually made them stay up to 25years without thinking of sharing ut earlier.
× U have to consider if the property has a trust Account.
They need an elder to guide them better.

This inheritance thing can cause bigger problems if not handle with care.

The PDP chairman has just woken up to Wike.

Egypt has been using metro since 1987 and that is the most extensive of all metro in Africa. Abuja metro is even unannounced and rarely hype.

U guys are using Lagos ibadan express media to hype eveything as if there is no metro in Abuja and Kaduna.

At 20.76, l have been seeing N454 daily, which clearly shows the 20.76 is not real. From my calculation, if the 20.76 is the actual, l should be seeing above N500 daily, so that in two days, 1k should enter the capital

My first salary as a graduate was 48k in 2012.

Many people don't want Start small and because of that,we would keep hearing stories like this.

After that,I learnt so many things and I left to start something which presently earns me more than 130 times of 40k per month.

Start small. That job u refused to take would be taken by another person and he or she would start from there.
