Who do us for this country...is it that the black man is cursed not to ever amount to anything. Look at south Africa blacks,terrible specie whose only ambition is to loot and take away from others.

With what is happening in Nigeria,it's has now become apparent that the black man is incapable of steering his own destiny. U say abroad is this or is that,people actually built and laid down plans for those country but u the leaders prefer to steal and launder it to the white man's land.

I feel bad for this country...the poor in the country are fighting over tribal superiority,religion and shaminggly,party especially those supporting candidates with character baggages. How can ur nation get better if u keep supporting thieves to lead u.

My heart goes out to everyone suffering in this great country that the Lord gave us for free...a land with abundance resources that can feed everyone in it.

One reason I won't advice u to buy land and keep is because of Omonile menace in that region. U may buy today,another day someone would start claiming ur land as his or even build up ur space.

U are too young to waste such money now.

For me,move that money to mutual fund no matter how small it is.

Bank is a no no for me.

For lending,I started doing it around 2012 and that is the mother of all risk and that one has given me more money than any money I have ever made in my life.

Some years back,I had about 7 plots of land in Abuja and two shops,today I have only one plot of land.
In 2021,I bought a land in Fo1 Abuja for 5m naira,I sold it last year for #16.5million.

In 2021,I bought two shops for 2million and sold the two for 17m naira around February 2026.

I bought another land at F14 in Abuja around April 2022 for 10.5m,it is currently going for 35m...this one I won't sell it and I have been contacted for it,I refused because I want to use it to settle my family by erecting a family house there.

I bought about three plots of land around airport road 1m,1.5 and 1.8 respectively and ended up selling the three for 3.5m,5.8 and 3m.

Sincerely, after the lecture, I realized this reform is targeted at the Rich and not the Poor Nigerians.

The govt is not telling u the truth.

Every tax has its target and the ripple effects is the challenge here and not the poor as is being portrayed.
