In terms of papers and documents, what type do expect the seller to have?

I live in Abuja and lands are well documented and registered in the FCT and u can pay a fee of 10k to AGIS and they would help u to check out the authenticity of what u are about to buy.

I have never been a victim of land fraud and that is if u are able to do ur findings through the body established to this work for u.

I don't know of other states in the country.

Document u are supposed to have with u,is either R Of O
Or C of O.

And ensure that all ground rents emanating from the said land is paid completely.

Whenever u starts making money,the first thing that u should do as a man,is to enter into a stage of being stingy and at the same tme,think of ways to diversify ur income as soon as possible.

U can't be making money at the nascent stage of ur life and start becoming generous like United nations,never.

I once told my family members,if anything happens to my finances tomorrow,they would be the ones to accused me of not doing anything for them when i had money.
