The other guy in the same estate that used this plan has one of the best structure in the estate. So I guess Ilorin architect are not up compare to lagos architect.

You’ll be fine with the initial design if you go with the few revisions since you said:

- the estate don’t need fence
- no need to make provision for parking

Someone with this same design in the estate from same architect, has more than 5 parking space. I dont know how come
