The National President of Nigerian Youths Mobilization For Political Acculturation (NYMPA), Alhaji Sani Ahmed has declared the patriotic decision of the youth body to support the clarion call for Igbo Presidency.
Alhaji Sani made this known today at the gathering of all zonal coordinators of NYMPA held in Abuja. The zonal coordinators, who came from all the six geo-political zones of the country were also accompanied by two state coordinators from each zone.
Alhaji Sani Ahmed expressed satisfaction with this call by some elder statesmen to ensure the continued political existence of Nigeria by creating enabling political platforms that can make it possible for an Igbo to become President come 2019. NYMPA National President maintains that it is only appropriate for all Nigerians to embrace this reality to balance the political equation in Nigeria's federation. He added that a situation where no Igbo man has become a civilian President in a country they have joined to build is not acceptable.
Alhaji Further appealed to all NYMPA zonal and state coordinators to go back to their constituencies to canvas for the actualization of Igbo Presidency for the coming general elections in 2019.
Alhaji Sani specifically charged the South East and South South Coordinators to go shopping for credible Igbo Man with a presidential personality, who also has a national electoral value. He highlighted the readiness of northern youths under this umbrella to assiduously work for the actualization of Igbo Presidency by 2019.

The worsening plight of Ndigbo under the President Muham¬madu Buhari’s ad-ministration on Tuesday night dominated talks between the new President-General of the Ohanaeze Ndigbo, Dr. Nnia Nwodo and Igbo leaders in La¬gos.
Nwodo told his audience comprising Igbo intellectuals, bankers and businessmen, that Ndigbo had never had it so bad in recent times.
He expressed shock that President Buhari did not trust Igbo to the extent of appointing any of them to head any of the security agencies or the para¬military bodies.
The Ohanaeze chief there¬fore called on Ndigbo to unite so that they can redeem the re¬gion from neglect and margin¬alisation by the federal authorities.
Nwodo stated that Igbo no longer feel that they are part of Nigeria and lamented that the ill-treatment meted on them warranted the ongoing agita¬tions.
The meeting with Igbo lead¬ers held at the Kofo Abayomi, Victoria Island secretariat of Ndigbo Lagos and was attend¬ed by renowned ex-bank chief and businessman, Dr. Paschal Dozie, Prof. Pat Utomi, Prof. Anya O. Anya, the Chairman of the United States-based World Igbo Congress (WIC), Dr. Joe Eto, among others.
He said: “We don’t feel that we are part of this country. The statement I made earlier was not my thinking alone. Every part of that statement was scru¬tinised line by line by members of the Ohanaeze executive and we agreed this was the situation before it was issued.
“How can we be comforta¬ble in a country where no Igbo man is heading any of the secu¬rity services in this country? Not the Nigerian Army, Navy, Air Force, Police, Customs Service (NCS), Immigrations, National Intelligence Agency (NIA), State Security Services (SSS), Feder¬al Road Safety Corps and the Nigeria Security and Civil De¬fence Corps (NSCDC). The im¬pression we have been given is that we are not trusted enough to be put as the head of any se¬curity agency.
“Now, if you drive to the South East, we are like a con¬quered people. In every major town you go into, there is a mili¬tary checkpoint. They call it Op¬eration Python Dance. If they screen you for arms and ammu¬nition, I will understand that it is national security imperative. But they collect money from you. We are forced to pay. “Be¬tween Enugu and Onitsha, there are 17 police checkpoints that I enumerated on one trip. There are police checkpoints, some police and army combined. The commercial vehicle drivers drop the money on the ground.
“They do not care whether the Inspector-General of Police is coming in an on-coming vehi¬cle or that they are being photo¬graphed. It does not happen an¬ywhere else in this country. And nobody cares. I said it at the 82 Division and I was arrested. I have said that at every public fo¬rum anytime I have the opportu¬nity, I will keep harping on this,” he said.
Nwodo continued: “Now, let me say something about our sons and daughters in the Indig¬enous Peoples of Biafra (IPOB) and the Movement of r the Actu¬alisation of the Sovereign State of Biafra (MASSOB) who are be¬ing killed every day.
“Who wouldn’t agitate if you were in their shoes? I did so when we went to war in Biafra. The pogrom was a catalyst for war. And no civilisation mur¬ders people in a way to solve political problems.
“I fought for Biafra in 1967. I see the same condition that propelled Biafra existing now. I see the children restive and even threatening us their fa¬thers that they cannot subsist under this present political sit¬uation. I am their father.
“Their grief is my grief. Their struggle is my struggle. Even though I do not agree that it is necessary to waste Igbo lives now, I believe that Nige¬ria is going to be restructured in a manner that every part of it can be developed on its own momentum with a reasonable sense of fiscal independence.
“I think that what is being done to these boys has exacer¬bated them and increased their capacity for violence.
“Boko Haram is a military force. It has conquered some territories, even though some have been recaptured. It has in¬stalled local authorities, it has in¬stalled traditional authorities, it has planted its flag.
“Nothing could be more treasonable. OPC moves like mo¬torcade in the South West and are saluted by the police.
“The other day, there were demonstrations in Lagos, in Abuja and Ijebu Ode and the police were protecting the dem¬onstrators, but they demonstrat¬ed in Aba and they were mowed down and killed. Nobody inves¬tigates.
“Between Enugu and An¬ambra States, there is a river, 20 bodies floated in that river for two months and they were sup¬posed to be MASSOB bodies, nobody cared and investigated it till today.
“In Port Harcourt, Rivers State, the other day, in solidari¬ty with President Donald Trump, they demonstrated and 11 peo¬ple were killed.
“According to them, the po¬lice said one person, I called for an inquiry - find out how many were killed and why they were killed, nobody has listened to me. Do you belong to such a coun¬try which is deaf to the sancti¬ty of life?
“Time has come for all of us to join our hands. My cap is on the ground. This journey you have sent me, it is your choice to make if you will leave
me to die in the wilderness and the wild animals to feed on my corpse. But if not so, join hands with me to redeem our people,” Nwodo said.

From the present economic realities, where the Nigerian inflation rate has reached as astronomical as 18:70percent, it is balanced to conclude that Nigerians were in high heavens during the political administration of Dr Goodluck Jonathan.
Besides a galloping inflation, Nigeria is today a hell of a country for Nigerians. For one thing, more Nigerians have died within one and some months of Buhari's rule. At no time in our history as a country have we had this harvest of death as this current civilian regime of Gen Buhari.
But how did this man without any quality that could attract the votes of any discerning electorate win a presidential election against a young educated man with all it takes to rule a country in this present digital world? The answer is simple and direct.
It was because the man that contested against Buhari was a seemingly effeminate academic Doctor, who belongs to a political party called PDP, where its members were viciously greedy and complacent and recalcitrant; whose target was not to campaign for the electoral success of their party but to cart away millions of money budgeted for the elections. The members of PDP were relying on the manipulation of the elections for victory instead of wooing the voters.
The selfish disposition of the PDP was what caused them the 2015 general elections. That was how a man who is yet to show Nigerians his school cert became our President. That was how Nigerians found themselves in this present predicament. That was when PDP failed Nigerians by not highlighting on the tremendous positive benefits of Jonathan's progressive political administration to Nigerians. That was how Tinubu and his followers mined on the achievements of Jonathan, thwarted everything to their own advantage and then sold the worst political product to gullible Nigerians. Yes, PDP failed us.
Now, after the grievous electoral mistakes by Nigerians, an opportunity has presented itself form a natural source. The health fragility of Mr President IS that opportunity. But as is always the case, the Fulani ethnic group from where the President came are not ready to allow the provisions of the constitution to take preeminent. The President's party is also a hindrance to the application of Nigeria's constitution to assess the capacity of Buhari to remain presidential asset instead of a liability.
This is the time Nigerians expect PDP to play the role of opposition political party, which is the beauty of a democratic government. This is the time PDP should ask critically required questions about the whereabouts of Mr President. Alas, all members of PDP have gone hiding, allowing nonpartisan Nigerians to play that paramountly needed role for them. By this singular unpatriotic action, the members of PDP have shown that they have no interest of the electorate at heart. All they want is easy and stress-free means to juicy political positions. They have failed us again. For them to redeem their presently battered image, they have to lead Nigerians to fish out the exact whereabouts of Mr President, Mohhamodu Buhari.

The sad and most shocking scene of Tuesday in Onitsha, Igbo land, was a succinct definition of Buhari's military mission in Igbo states. Certainly, if Gen Mohhamodu Buhari were still in power by that Tuesday, the inhuman brutality melted at a totally defenseless crippled young man wouldn't have become any news in Nigeria. Why? The soldiers Buhari stationed in the south east without any definable purpose had done worst things in the past.
This less privileged boy, Chijioke was beaten mercilessly by two northern soldiers to the extent that he could not cry out again. The only weeping voices one could hear were the defenseless sympathisers, who watched from a distance. Nobody could near or even summon the guts to ask any questions. Nobody dares to rescue the poor crippled Chijioke from the hands of the killing squad of the Nigeria military.
But what was the sin of this less privileged boy? He was wearing a military camouflage trousers. Can you imagine? That was why the poor Chijioke nearly met his death.
Again, why do Nigeria governments of recent find it so easy and cheap to brutalise or kill Ndigbo without reason or at any slightest provocation? The answer is simple! The self acclaimed Igbo leaders have sold their souls to the political hegemony in Nigeria. The Igbo leaders as chosen and recognized by Igbo haters have used the marginalization of Igbos to seek personal economic benefits. These sycophantic leaders have monetized the liberation struggle of Ndigbo. In fact, the government awards contracts to these moles when the generality of Ndigbo are crying for young Igbos killed or when their hard earned properties are maliciously damaged.
As can be seen by all discerning person, the almost two years of Buhari's rule has brought sorrows more to Ndigbo. Igbos now live in Nigeria as orphans; as sheep without shepherd. No single voice was heard in defense of Igbo collective interest.
That notwithstanding, the Igbo youths have proven to be the most influential and brave young people in Africa, despite heavy and brutal attacks by the Nigerian government to bring them to ignominious submission.
Igbo youths astounded the world by highly visible actions demonstrated with extreme exuberance. They proved to Nigerians and the world that they can be loyal to their leader and constantly obey orders even at the risk of their lives. In this, many young blood were spilled, the struggle continued; the young Igbos are relentless.
Nnamdi Kanu, Ohamadike, the founder of Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, and the Director of Radio Biafra, London is the global leader of Ndigbo of today's world. Though, still under unlawful incarceration by the Nigerian government for no legal and constitutional offense, Nnamdi Kanu has given voice to Ndigbo and other Biafrans. He has almost restored the lost glory and dignity of Ndigbo. If Nnamdi succeeds in his lawful quest for Biafra's independence, young Igbos like the crippled Chijioke will no longer suffer dehumanization in the hands of brutal Nigerian soldiers.

The Lagos state command through the it's operatives from Victoria Island division have arrested a 23years old suspect for offence of robbery.
The suspect George Onuh who was accompanied by his gang member still at large had waylaid and dispossessed their victim one Bola who was carrying a large sum of money just withdrawn from bank. The alarm raised by the victim attracted the police operatives on patrol around the vicinity, who trailed the suspects to law school area where one of the suspects was apprended and the cash recovered from him while the other fled with the motorcycle used for the operation.

The victim while narrating her ordeal to the police, said she had gone to GTBank on Adetokunbo Ademola street to withdraw some cash, and in tbe banking hall she sighted the suspect and thought he was a customer but was surprised when the same supposed customer waylaid her and pointed a gun at her to dispossess her of her money.

The recovered money was subsequently handed over to the victim.
The exhibit recovered from the suspect is one locally made pistol with six rounds of live ammunitions.

The command's spokesperson Sp Dolapo Badmos said the commissioner of police CP Fatai Owoseni has directed that the suspect and exhibits be transferred to SARS Ikeja while effort is on to apprehend the fleeing suspect.

Nigeria, our country is a funny human society. The politicians have destroyed the mentality of every average Nigerian. They have mischievously subjected Nigerians to reason from their anus. In America and Europe, or even in some African countries where the treasury of a country is not the major source of citizens' wealth, one could hardly see celebrities being used to achieve the obnoxious selfish interest of some political criminals in the country. Everyone knows how this present government came in. We all know how the Lagos media was used as a major tool to sell the hardest political product to unsuspecting Nigerians. We would have avoided this calamity that has befallen us if not the evil desperation of the same people who are coming again to send Nigerians on a suicide mission in the name of National Protest, slated to take place on the 5th of February, 2019. This whole scheme is put together to protect the ominous selfish interest of some powerful individuals. The question is who is paying Baba 2Face to destroy his hard earned name? Why will 2Face allow himself to be used by the vulturistic Nigerian politicians? People who wouldn't send him if he had not made himself. Nigerian Celebrities should grow to shun these evil politicians. Another big question is why this protest at this time? Many Nigerians were recently killed in so many parts of this country, yet nobody called for National Protest. Even in Benue, 2Face's state, many souls were wasted, yet 2Face never led a national protest. What is in there for our music star? Just last week, eleven IPOB peaceful protesters were killed in cold blood, yet nobody heard 2baba's voice calling for a national protest. When IPOB AND NIGER DELTA and other Nigerian youths saw this suicidal mission on nairaland and expressed disappointment with this interest-based call, the moderators removed the piece from their news platform. Nigerians go against with the call for National Protest by Misguided Elements. Last week, about eleven young Biafran agitators were killed in cold blood by the Nige peaceful solidarity match for Trump. No person or group called for a national protest. Days or weeks ago, more than ten thousand southern Nigerian have been slaughtered by the Fulanis in the north, yet nobody called for a national protest. Some times last year when the signs for a catastrophic political bondage was being orchestrated by this APC government, a serious call was made by some concerned Nigerians for a labour propelled strike action, this noble national call was frustrated by the same people, who are now trying to protect an interest by telling us to come out for a national protest. I think the parasites and virmins, who are trying to use some miscreants to deceive Nigerians to come out for a seemingly suicide mission, at best think Nigerians are cows and not just fools. Why will anyone who is reasonable call for a national protest when there is a suffocating confusion in the polity as occasioned by the devastating rumors that President Buhari is not in his best health conditions? How can Nigerians be called for a national protest when the governor of Sokoto is calling on the same Nigerians to pray for our sick President? We are suspicious of this obnoxious call for a national protest! As an activist and a pro-Biafran agitator, a senior IPOB member, I call on all Igbos, all Easterners and Biafrans, all Niger Deltans, all reasonable Yorubas, all Middle Beltans and all well-meaning Nigerians to shun and distance themselves from this obnoxious call for a national protest purportedly slated for the 5th of February, 2017.
