SALES / MARKETING OFFICERS (2) Job specification • Candidate should have a higher education degree, preferably related to real estate management, and have successfully completed NYSC. • The candidate is expected to have at least 3 years experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a well structured real estate firm. • The candidate must have excellent communication, management and leadership skills and be capable of operating in a dynamic environment as team leader or member. • Candidate should possess good relationship management techniques. Ability to identify, approach, maintain and develop high class client base for the firm. • Candidate should have a high degree of client focus with commercial, market and financial awareness. Candidate should also have the ability to develop and monitor strategies to meet the firm’s goals and targets. • The candidate should be good in face to face client meetings and making presentations to different audiences. Good telephone etiquette and sales capability. • The position will require an ability to work with little supervision as you are expected to make proactive decisions that will move the firm to the next level within the shortest possible time. • The candidate should be computer literate and be experienced in the use of MS office suites (Word, Excel, Power point, Project, etc) Coral Draw, etc. • The position requires someone with good interpersonal qualities, proactive, organised, good nature, respectful and courteous. • The candidate should have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, delivering high quality results. This is an excellent opportunity for a real estate marketer or sales representative, who wants to make a difference in the industry. hmm, thanks. I'm quite suitable for the Cost Engineer role, except that I do not have 15yrs experience. Just about 3-4. Whats your take on this exerience thingy. By the way, why do almot all Nigerian firms either want outright Graduates OR people with 1million years experience!! what happens if you are in between? |
