EducationRe: Six States With Highest Case Of Malpractice In 2025 UTME (Full List) by ibux(m): 11:51am On May 12, 2025
A better indicator of the incidence of malpractice is the show the number of candidates that sat for the exam in each state.
PoliticsRe: Train Attack Victim Meets His Kidnaper At Kaduna Mosque by ibux(m): 11:25am On May 02, 2025

Christianity EtcRe: Court Convicts Blogger For Cyberbullying MFM Founder, Olukoya by ibux(m): 11:10am On May 02, 2025
they are all content creators, looking for cheap followership on social media, by trying to slander innocent popular people
Difrent:
Sue Sowore too
He has consistently called Olukoya out after being a victim of brutalization by his aides who don't want any journalist scrutinizing the church and it's leadership
The question is , should a man of God hide anything?
Olukoya needs come out clean , too many allegations..... Funke Asekun also same allegations
PoliticsRe: Two Decades Of Nigeria And Argentina GDP - StatiSense (Pics) by ibux(m): 11:01am On May 02, 2025
a lot. if our GDP is N1billion in 2022 (During Buhari, N500=$1) and has become N3billion now (under Tinubu, N1,500=$1).
then our GDP in dollar terms will still be around the same value, despite that our GDP value has tripled in naira terms, yet it had depreciated in dollar terms, over the same period .

QuinQ:
Do you know what is GDP at all? What has GDP to do with exchange rate??!
PoliticsRe: Two Decades Of Nigeria And Argentina GDP - StatiSense (Pics) by ibux(m): 10:54am On May 02, 2025
you made good points here.

ALTERNATEID:
In terms of real output, our economic performance has not dropped since 2023. In fact, more businesses are making huge money and recording crazy profits.

In Naira terms, our GDP has grown astronomically. Funny enough, when it comes to discussing national debt, hypocritical folks like this guy would argue that we should discuss in Naira terms since Naira is our reporting currency and not the USD but when it comes to discussing GDP, they switch quickly to the USD and ignore the Naira.

Every sensible person knows that the fall in our USD GDP is basically an exchange rate valuation issue and has nothing to do with a drop in the real economic performance. If Tinubu decides to peg the exchange rate at $1/N450 today like Jonathan and Buhari did, our USD GDP will rise immediately to over $600billion. But then, will that add anything to the real performance?

Only a person with a brain full of cow dungs would see the figures of our net foreign reserve and national indebtedness as at 2023 and still argue that we should have continue to borrow to subsidize both PMS and our currency. The era of that pure foolishness is over.

Despite Argentina’s GDP, why are they still borrowing to subsidize their currency? At a time Nigeria’s net foreign reserve has jumped up to over $23 billion, Argentina with big paper value USD GDP is still running to IMF to get bailout loan of $20billion to subsidize their currency. As at today, Argentina is the most indebted country to IMF. Is that the ruinous path you all want our dear country to continue on? You want us to be using N99 out of every N100 revenue that we earn for debt servicing? Don’t you guys pity the country at all?
PoliticsRe: Akpabio: Protests Against Rising Cost Of Living Are Sponsored by ibux(m): 10:03am On Feb 21, 2024
this type of provocative statement coming from No 3 man in government is enough to cause coup. so they cannot see that these are spontaneous protests coming from people when being pushed to the wall . if an animal is pushed to the wall, the natural reaction is to face its attacker. that is the reflection of what we are seeing on the streets, and it is building up and this man is so daft to be saying this. time will tell for all of them.

CrimeRe: Rev King Has Been Sentenced To Death By Hanging by ibux(m): 4:18pm On Jan 12, 2007
i have not heard anyone being sentenced to death by hanging by the contemporary Nigerian judiciary system.
if this judgement had come earlier than Saddam judgement, it would have been life imprisonment.
Christianity EtcRe: Is Jesus God? by ibux(m): 1:06pm On Dec 19, 2006
sometimes I dont know why its easier to believe in "what people say" than "what God says".
What I used to tell people who have problem believing in the divinity of our Lord Jesus is simple,

Pray to God to reveal to you the truth about Jesus Christ.

But I perceive that there are many agnostics in the house, but for anyone who is simple and of a humble and contrite spirit, let them ask God in prayer, and the Spirit of God will tell them beyond the writings.

Remember, the letter killeth but the Spirit gives life (2Cor 3:6). Amen.

TravelRe: What Did You First Experience In The US? by ibux(m): 2:42pm On Jun 08, 2006
My exp. was in UK in 1995. I was stopping over in UK for 3 days to pick visa to Mexico and called upon my cousin who is a citizen. She took me to a restaurant and asked me what I wanted. I said "nothing". She said that was not allowed here. that i cannot just sit down staring/chatting with someone w/o eating. I was shocked.

Few days after another one happened. I was window shopping along the road and was quite fascinated that I entered the shop. After few minutes, the attendant accosted me, asked where I came from. I said "Naija". He said "yes, Naijas are good customers. what do I want?" I said nothing, I was just checking the items. He said, I can only go that far at the window. that once I entered it means I wanted somthing. I begged my way out of the shop, that day.
